Food was good, but service non-existent! Asked 3 different people for something and none of them did anything. Had to physically get up, go to checkout counter to ask again. Never once were we asked how things were, if we needed anything etc. Waited another 20 minutes just for a to go box and drink. Unacceptable.

This would be a 1 star review if I hadn’t eaten here several times before and loved it. Usually, the food is amazing, but Ive always ordered at lunchtime. This time, I ordered delivery for dinner and whoever is working tonight needs to hang it up. I got a wrong order, no salsa, watery guacamole, and stale chips. It was a dissapointment all around.

The only good part of my experience was the nice lady who handed me my bag. I ordered a torta and it’s flavorless. My fiance ordered Al pastor tacos (supposed to come with onions and cilantro on top) and was given the tacos in the first picture. They are a mystery mush. The chunks pulled out are pieces of fat that are bigger than the actual meat itself. Second picture is how they advertise Al pastor tacos. Spent $28 to still be hungry

Wow has the service here has become non existent. Only took 10 mins for the guy behind the counter to take my order. Got the torta Cubans to go. It was missing chorizzo and Al pastor. If I paid for the menu said; what isn’ it in their product. Y’all have gone down hill. Please do better

Enjoyed food atmosphere and best of all the drinks & food. Bartender was always Alejandro. Family ate a lot it was great had a lot from the menu. The drink was a passion fruit margarita I think. Beautiful atmosphere the lamps, the music everything was nice. Enjoyed it will come back.

Staff very nice! Food was pretty good. I had the Ceviche. It was on the drier side, but they have a toppings for your tacos so that was a plus. The hot salsa oil is very very spicy(like it should be) Al pastor tacos were sweet and tender. Over all very good. I would go back.

We get tacos here and they are some of the most authentic in town. The staff is amazing, so friendly and tentative to their guests. I cannot recommend los portales enough! Stop by and see for yourself, you will not regret it!

I can’t get enough of this tantalizing authentication Mexican food. They have mastered seasoning and spices creatively and leave you wanting more, oh so much more. Always exceptionally clean and the service is amazing. Fantastic family restaurant and there’s a bar area for sports watching. Treat your tastes buds today !
