The Siam Duck was incredible—crispy on the outside, tender inside, with a sauce that’s sweet, savory, tangy, and just a little spicy. It’s rich but not overwhelming, and every bite felt perfectly balanced. Honestly, the best duck I’ve ever had! I’d come back just for this dish!
We also ordered tom kha and wonton soup — both delicious and comforting, and the Pad Thai was excellent! We even took the Pad See Ew to go because we couldn’t resist! ☺️
On top of the great food, the service truly stood out. Our waitress was so helpful, kind, and made us feel familiar—like family. An all-around wonderful dining experience!
10/10!

Siam Cafe has been on my list to try for a while, and I’m glad I finally got to enjoy. The lady working was absolutely hilarious and nice. Great food with lots of flavor. I didn’t find Thai Hot to be unbearable. Great prices, compared to rest of Nashville. Would go back.

Delicious and authentic! They use soybean oil but also have avocado oil so you can ask for the substitute! The staff was so great. Fun and funny! Food was brought out for our larger group as it was ready so it was all fresh and warm! 10/10 recommend the tiger tear salad!

This is the most bland Thai food ever whoever calls this authentic hasn’t had the pleasure of eating real Thai food. We had the pad Thai (dry and bland), the fried rice also bland but greasy and the basil beef some mild flavors. The fresh spring role filled with just a bunch of cabbage. What a disappointment considering the reviews!

This place truly puts their love of their culture in the food. Every dish is so hearty and amazingly flavorful. This spot checks all the boxes for me. So yummy!

Delicious food from a family owned and run restaurant. The portion sizes are a little on the smaller side compared to other restaurants, but taste-wise the food is huge! Parking can be tight as they have a very small lot in front where the staff have to park their cars too.

So glad we finally made the trek from the west side. Tremendous curries, friendly staff. We’ve had our fair share of Thai food around the US and Asia and this is now our go to place here locally.

Loved the meal and the service. It had been years since I dined here but they are just as good as I remember them being 10 years ago. I had Thom Kha Kai, Somtum and sticky rice.

This place looks like a little ‘hole in the wall’ …. BUT…. the flavors, textures, friendliness and atmosphere make it feel like you have just walked into a TARDIS! (If you know, you know. If you don’t, Google it. ✌️ )
Up until about 10 years ago, my wife and I were in closer proximity to this absolute GEM of a restaurant.
We had been asked to pick up a relative at the Nashville Airport and so had the opportunity to come to our favorite Thai restaurant ever.
After so long, these wonderful people did not disappoint! So worth the trip.
I really wish we lived closer.
It was such a pleasure and a true Blessing to come here again!!
