We arrived at 11am hoping to get some highly reviewed pie. However, there was a sign on the door stating the shop was closed because they were out on deliveries to return between 11:15-11:30a. We finally left at noon after waiting an hour during their posted business hours. Debated posting this but feel like owners should have some feedback. Please staff your store during your posted hours and, if someone must leave, provide a more realistic timeframe for return.

This is my fourth year ordering from Caribbean. I ordered four pies for Thanksgiving pecan pie, chocolate mousse, pumpkin pie, and key lime pie. The pecan pie is absolutely delicious, the chocolate mousse is super good, and the pumpkin and key lime pies are amazing as well. Everything was perfect!

Wanted a similar outstanding Key Lime pie we experienced in Key West. Found the Carribbean Pie Company. I was greeted by Jerry, the co-owner and I met Shari, also the co-owner who’s spearheads the culinary creative end of the business. Jerry walked me through the selections of Key Lime Pies as well as Creamed Filled Pies. He also pointed out their latest addition/feature “ALL THINGS KEY LIME!”. LOTS to choose from that’s made inhouse. I bought the Tropical Key Lime Pie. It was sooo delicious. Better than you’ll find at any store in town. Just saying!

We picked up key lime pie on a stick and was disappointed. Especially after hearing they are “award winning”. We have high expectations after having the absolute best ones in the FL Keys. I ate mine in the middle of day, in the sun, and the chocolate just didn’t melt, it also didn’t taste like chocolate. The pie was tasty, crust a bit too thick. But the chocolate not melting ruined it. The ones in the keys are extremely chocolaty, you have to eat quickly, and the chocolate melts as it hits your mouth. It’s like CBC’s version is made with too much wax to have a solid thick set shell for being sold out of a cooler at the farmers market. The first bite and overall look is exciting and disappointing at once, the chocolate shell is thick, but tasteless. Owners should have the version you can find in the keys, then replicate it. This was a miss for me.

Outstanding! They had many choices but I went with the classic key lime pie. I also enjoyed the frozen key lime pie dipped in chocolate on a stick.

While in Sarasota, we decided to get some key lime pies as it is my favorite dessert, but we had to leave the next day. First off when we entered, the owner was super nice and welcoming to us! We decided to get the regular and tropical key lime pies and brought it back with us 11 hours home (put in a cooler in the car). It was still good, and we tried the pies which were super delicious. We gave our neighbor some of the pie we had, and they finished it within the same day we gave them the key lime pie. We and our neighbors think this is the best key lime pie we have ever had. Honestly, we regret buying two pies, we should have bought more!
