Good Evening Google Family. I visited this eatery for the first time today. I wanted to sit down and enjoy my food. The Bally’s casino professional suggested this spot. First I posted and shared my videos that I had danced in. Then I ordered the soup of the day, which was New England Chow Chowder and a Chef Salad. I also ordered an orange juice to drink. I should have said no peppers, no onions and no black olives but I forgot. I ended up picking them out of my salad. The soup and salad was too die for!!! I really enjoyed everything. A young lady who was sitting nearby told me that all of the food here is good and I agree!!! Pete is the nice and friendly and cordial owner of this great establishment. I will certainly eat here again and tell others about it!! A very good eating experience. I felt bad that a young man was asking folks for money and I would have given him $5.00 but after my one experience today with the young lady in the morning who tried to scam and rob me, I decided against it!!! Love this place in ballys. A quick easy, very good sandwich. Good breakfast sandwich and lunch/dinner sandwich. Open pretty early and close pretty late. They also expect your rewards card.

The food was absolutely incredible and the prices were realistic. It was cheaper than every spot on the boardwalk and with it being inside of Bally’s I wouldn’t have expected such a steal on the prices. Flavor packed sub with delicious French fries. Please don’t overpay, if you want a sub, go here! Ignore the terrible picture.

So I actually wanted to like this place after a coworker told me how great he thought the sandwiches were however, after walking from Hard Rock Casino here I ordered a steak sandwich 10oz
I asked that they put half cheese and half not. The young blond lady with black glasses outright refused saying it would make it two different sandwiches. Unbelievable in this day & age she would actually refuse a custom to exclude an add on to a sub sandwich where the cheese actually goes on top. I wasn’t even asking for extra something I was asking for less. So sad a simple request from a customer couldn’t be accommodated at a sub shop which is normally how that works.
The young curly haired boy at the register just was there to ring up had no idea when I asked was it a 10oz steak his response was ‘I suppose”. If you’re ringing people up you need to know.
Update: my husband went to speak to her upon me returning as he couldn’t believe it she then gave him swiss cheese wrapped in aluminum foil.
So see this is my issue when I asked can they please add cheese on just one side why not do it then when I ordered why do it only after the customer is upset and has to come back with sandwich.

2. Unnecessary hassle ti just give it anyway cold and not melted in so yes now the sandwich tasted terrible not hot and melted as it should have been

Delicious pork roll egg and cheese sub. Not being from NJ/Pennsylvania, pork roll isn’t very common. The service was super fast, no line at 9AM on a Saturday. Had my sub and coffee at my room in under 10 minutes.

Very personable staff… incluing “young Sacco” the Manager. Wife enjoyed (her words) her PEEFECT sub. With onions sliced just right and no skimping on the meat, her only only issue was with me… I forgot she tops ham with mayo, not mustard.

Their subs are always very good, very CLASSIC don’t look for anything crazy special, but I think it’s special enough to get EXACTLY what you want. I get the ham, cap and cheese sub and the super steaks all the time. Great food. I’m really only posting to update the menu, because the last picture of it is 4 years old and their prices have changed(as expected in the casino with inflation)
