Hands down, one of the best restaurants I’ve ever eaten at. I want to start by extending my compliments to the chef, Theo Giordani.

Let me take you through the meal.

We began with the mac and cheese, served in a mini cast iron skillet—absolutely immaculate. The top had the perfect crunch, giving way to rich, creamy, cheesy goodness underneath. Comfort food done exactly right.

For our entrées, we ordered the black squid ink pasta, which was to die for. The balance and generosity of the clams, squid, and shrimp paired beautifully with the pasta—each bite felt intentional and indulgent. We also had the branzino with mashed potatoes and vegetables. The skin was perfectly crisp, while the fish itself melted in your mouth—truly the best branzino I’ve ever had. The freshly made mashed potatoes were a refreshing reminder of what real, thoughtful cooking tastes like, especially in a dining scene where so many places cut corners.

By the time dessert came around, I didn’t think I had room—but I’m so glad I did. The cobbler was unforgettable. If I could have an entire pan to myself, I absolutely would. Much appreciation as well to Mark for the baked ricotta and bread—simple, warm, and executed beautifully.

There’s still so much on the menu left to try, and I will definitely be back. My stomach and my taste buds were thoroughly pleased

I don’t even have the words for how good that Branzino and mashed potatoes dish is. And the apple cobbler at brunch? Please. Someone hand me three to-go boxes because there’s a limited amount and I’m not pretending to share.

All jokes aside, Chef Theo is incredible, and these new specials are on another level. I couldn’t choose between the three, so I did the only logical thing: ordered all of them. The burrata is outstanding. I’m not even a fig person, but the beet-and-fig combo with the carrot purée is unlike anything I’ve tasted before. The pumpkin ravioli? Amazing. Actually amazing. And the baked ricotta definitely got an upgrade, I just wish they’d send out a little more focaccia with it.

Service was on point too. Shoutout to Amber, the bartender was great, and the whole vibe was 10 out of 10. Spectacular food, great energy. Highly recommend.

We arrived early without realizing the restaurant didn’t open until 5:30, and the owner was incredibly kind and welcoming, letting us sit and relax while we waited. From the first bite, the pasta dinners completely blew us away, rich, flavorful, and absolutely delicious! The drinks were just as fantastic, perfectly crafted and refreshing. Add in the amazing atmosphere, and it was an unforgettable dining experience. We’ll definitely be back!

I love this place. I went here for my birthday and couldn’t decide what meal I wanted so ordered multiple of them! They have half off pasta and pizza on Wednesdays. The management is always present as well as the owners. Staff is phenomenal and treats you like family. The Chef Theo came out to speak to me after my meal – I had to compliment her on the cook of my fish. Literal Chef’s Kiss.

7 Spicy Vodka Rigattoni Pasta
7 Calamari
6.75 Chicken Parmegiana: Spicy Vodka Rigattoni

Fried Calamari was fresh and delicious. The chicken parmigiana was dry, tough, and Chewy. I think they over cooked it. I will absolutely not buy that chicken again.

No idea how this is rated so high. Everything we had was lacking salt, and overall just super greasy. Also the price for everything is absolutely insane. The tiramisu attach was 12 dollars. That’s completely insulting.

The only redeeming item was the pizza. Though no idea how this is called neopolitian. It’s not, at all, but it is still pretty tasty.

Overall not worth. You can get any other Italian place around here for cheaper and better quality. I’m actually upset I spent 150 dollars here for a totally below average meal.

In overall experience I would give ITA a 4 stars but our server got one minus star from the experience I encountered yesterday. I have been wanting to try ITA for quite sometimes and it was such a cute spot and I felt welcomed as soon as I walked in from this gentleman which I assumed that he’s the owner or manager. We got calamari as our appetizer and I got chicken parm as my entree, food was delish and great portion. Since this was my first time at the restaurant I didn’t know how it worked regarding ordering the sauce for my chicken parm since there were 2 options for pomodoro or spicy vodka, i have been to other places where I could get the pomodoro sauce on the chicken parm but on the pasta I could get the vodka sauce. I completely understand if ITA doesn’t do that. But when I asked our server if I could get 2 difference sauce he snapped and didn’t make a good comment about my question which I felt pretty stupid. I ended up getting the pomodoro sauce which was great. When we asked for the check, we were handed the check from the wrong table which we asked for the right check right after. I would definitely go back to ITA but maybe with different server.

This is our second time visiting ITA, the first time was about a year ago. We got a spicy rigatoni, pizza and drinks the first time we came and it was all delicious, the food and service was great. So we were expecting the same this time around but were sadly mistaken. For appetizer we got the baked ricotta which was tasty but came cold with 2 pieces of bread…(it was a cast iron full of ricotta). For dinner we got a pizza and pasta, the pasta was delicious but the pizza was not. The sauce tasted off and was bright bright red and not appetizing. On top of that, the service was terrible. Not once did our server ask if we were okay we kept having to flag him down. We will not be back.
