Fantastic service! The prices are very fair. My boyfriend and I shared the #5 and it was a great portion. The potatoes were an interesting flavor to me, almost like a sweet potato, no my favorite. Otherwise food was delicious and very well seasoned.

Had the loaded ramen with the house seasoning. Was spectacular. Comes with crab legs, shrimp, sausage, corn, potatoes. The appetizer of the jumbo jalapeño poppers are worth coming here by itself! Super yummo. Our server, Alicia was so kind and knowledgeable. She really made the experience special. 5 stars for her alone. Her and Justin make a great team. If you’re looking for authentic, this is the place. Will return!

Was really surprised about the food, it was great. I usually take lots of pics, but after the food came, it looked and smelled so good I forgot and dug in. So, I only got one Pic of the calamari. I would recommend this place for the crab legs, frog legs, and the gator bites. They were all good.

First time visiting. We had fish poboy and #9 fish and shrimp basket. Everything was delicious and good portions.

Food was good. I ordered the pasta and asked for extra sauce. Shrimp was cooked well and the sauce had great flavor. Although I am a spice lover and should of added some! Seafood boil was basically but thankfully not water logged like some can be. My only complaint was the lack of drink ingredients and draft options. Service was decent.

This evening, my family dined at King Krabz for the first time for my birthday. I’m VERY picky about seafood of any and all kinds. I was raised in south Mississippi where Mississippi farm raised catfish, Cajun cuisine, and seafood in general is coupled with good ole southern food.
First, the staff was great and our server was just a genuinely nice person who did a great job. That all just goes a very long way.
Second, the atmosphere was fairly basic and the music was a bit loud and I personally did not like the style (Cajun Jazzish). Since we were the only people there (no idea why that was now), I asked that they turn it down some. The reason is, it hurts my ears due to how my hearing aids are setup. I would not have asked if there was a room full, but they did it immediately.
Third, the food. The seasoning on the seafood (butter garlic/Cajun) was so very good. The only thing better would have been that the crab legs not have been a little over cooked. But it was still really good. The shrimp was the best I’ve had in Springfield anywhere. The wings…so good. But the best thing was the catfish fillet. I have not had catfish (real catfish) anywhere in this area that was so much as edible. Much less this good. I will go back just for the catfish.

Excellent food. You can choose what kind of spice you would like your food to be cooked in. You can create your own dish or add items to your dish. We’re not in Springfield very often but will definitely go there again some day.

The food was delicious, considering how long you’d normally wait for your seafood to get to you fresh our food came out fairly quick. The crab legs, potato’s, corn, hushpuppies, and a very good variety of their food is absolutely worth your time and money. Our server Kenzie was very kind and more than helpful.
If you’re more of an indecisive person she will definitely help you out. She not only is good at her job, but making sure to connect with you on a personal level and not lie about certain items on the menus just so you can order something. Thank you Kenzie!!
