Three times we have given this a shot. Because it’s on our way places. Never again I’ll go out if my way for a different location or Jersey Mikes. This time;Stood at counter extra long time waiting to even be assisted while one Employee was on the phone and other was done something in the back, that employee was extra slow at doing anything.
Time was extra long time with one customer in front of me , time before that was out of half the items to make an American Sub and out of lettuce as well. Highly recommend to keep driving, down 25.

I realize you’re offering a bogo special in the app which probably doesn’t make you much money…..the sandwiches were good enough to eat cause we were hungry however if a customer is paying for 50 percent more meat on a steak sub, they should get 50 percent more meat not barely any at all nor hardly any of the toppings they asked for either. What a sad, sad sandwich that was, please do better for your customers. We’ll be going to a different Subway going forward

I don’t understand why every time I order a sandwich from here, there’s excessive amounts of meat, maybe 10 leaves of spinach, and so much PEPPER that I physically can not eat this without it making me nauseous. I already have stomach problems and I order subway because it’s meant to be easy on my stomach. This is disgusting, and even if I didn’t have my stomach problems, I wouldn’t want to eat it. Do better.

Normally this location is packed and the service is extremely slow.

Honestly I was expecting the same during my visit. When I first arrived there was a rather long line. Imagine my surprise when i only had a few min wait compared to the normal 15 min wait time!

The staff was not only friendly but professional and mega efficient. They swiftly made my order and I was on my way!

Went here about a week ago because the Rapid Pizza was closed ( completely gutted from the looks of it). Wasn’t expecting much from the typical Subway. There were new menu items I wasn’t familiar with so I went with one of my originals, chicken teriyaki on a flatbread loaded with veggies. Still tastes as good as usual. The prices havent changed much after the last few years, still reasonable compared to other places. My nephew got a 6″ pizza sub. Got only fountain water to cut back on price of drinks. Altogether it was about $12. The background music was a typical pop music but not too loud that you couldn’t talk. I was surprised to only see like 3 tables there and a lot of empty space. I’m guessing not many people eat out here.

Be cool if the store didn’t turn off their orders taken by the app at 9 pm , they do it every night and it’s so annoying , I ain’t paying full price in person when I can get it cheaper in the app with a mobile order so now you just lost a sale. and if didn’t deny like 90% of the discounts the app has lol

We placed an online order for a lunchmeat combo, we asked for and paid for extra meat, there was not extra meat and it was all bologna, there was short brown hair in the mayo. We also ordered a rotisserie chicken salad, which was fine, we asked for the dressing on the side for the salad, the salad was covered in dressing. And they included a side of Italian dressing but the dressing that we ordered was the sweet onion. The employees ignored us when we came in the store to pick up the order until we moved over and stood in front of the register and they finally acknowledged us. Very disappointing and the hair grossed us out. This is our second similar experience with this Subway store..

Ordered on the app. Waited and waited (it said in progress) after 20 minutes of waiting, I went inside (as they weren’t busy at all) and my food was just sitting on the rack. Why follow the app if it’s not refreshed or kept current? The food was ok but that really erked me, waiting all that time when I didn’t need to. Guess I should’ve been bothersome and went in and asked. Jeez

Rude employees. Wouldn’t take my large order for the next day. Said it wasn’t the right time. How hard is it to write down that I wanted 15 of the same thing? Reason I didn’t do it online was because the website wanted to charge a $30.000 del fee when I wanted to pick it up! Oh well. Guess you lost out on a $150.00 plus order… Teach your employees to have better customer service!

Do not eat here, stuff will ignore you and disrespect you. I ordered a chicken bacon ranch sub, with pep. When I went to pay for it they rang it up as a grilled chicken add bacon and pep. Which cost little over 2 dollars more. I told them, that it is rung up wrong, and that I ordered a chicken bacon ranch add pep. They just stared at me, and didn’t even bother fixing the order. The staff was cold, un-friendly. I will never come back to this place again. Or any other subway restaurant in bowling green area.
