I have been to this Burger King several times. It is a good one. I haven’t had a bad experience here yet, though I won’t say it hasn’t been mediocre. Surely, it has. My food today was very hot and my drink was good. The staff were nice and helpful.

Ordered today at this location. Ordered some mozzarella sticks and got what I can only describe as a dehydrated jerky style substance that had been battered and fried.
I have never seen mozzarella cheese so overcooked as these were.
Whopper was ordered with light dressing, however it was drenched in it.
Fries were good.

Got here and there was a car in the drive thru and 1 car in the parking lot! Got to the speaker after waiting for the car in front of us to leave the speaker(took 8 minutes probably for the same reason we took so long at the speaker) we got to the speaker and sat there for 15 minutes and we finally got an answer and that said they would be with us they are just “backed up” mind you there isn’t a line in front of us besides the one car and there is one car in the parking lot! We get to the window and the lady give us our food. We check it and it’s not even right!!!! This is just ridiculous! We’re missing all of our fries and our tots!

The food here really never tastes good. You always get food that has been sitting around for who knows how long. You literally have to tell them to make the food fresh! Employees including managers could all stand to be retrained in customer service. I have come to the conclusion that BK just doesn’t have good customer service period though, all the way up to customer relations. The meal I got here wasn’t good at all. Sandwiches were not even at least warm. Had a very small amount of condiments on them as well.

Wonderful experience!!! The team was amazing. I asked if they could help me with doing something for my son’s girlfriends birthday (she turned 15) and the whole team brought us out ice cream and sang to her! Absolutely wonderful.

The first time I stopped by here was several months ago and I was far from impressed. For a simple Breakfast meal I waited almost 10 minutes in the drive thru line, with only one other vehicle in front of me and no customers inside that I saw.
Today I decided to give it another go. I wanted some of those hash rounds and a yummy croissan’wich.
As you can see from the pictures, they were struggling a bit already.
No one even greeted me or asked me about my order. I drove around to the window and no one came to it either.
What a shame. The lights were on, but nobody was working..
10/26/22: Today there were no lights on @ almost 7am. But they supposedly open at 6am. No one in the parking lot. Nor did anyone speak at the drive-thru ordering area.

6/5/23 update: Even more rude
Drive thru order taker was not courteous and was rude. Food was past hold time (Hash browns, French Toast, Croissants) and bag preparer did not put Ketchup in the bag though asked.
