Recently visited El Sitio with my friends. The place is very clean and nice. The food was good but not great. I ordered the Bandeja Paisa. The rice and beans was good, loved the sausage, but the chicharron had no salt at all, and the sweet plantains weren’t ripe enough. The steak was only ok. The caramel frappe was pretty good, with strong tasting coffee which I love. The prices were great for the amount of food. The service could have been a lot better, the waitress was not attentive at all, she would not even bring the bill when we were done eating until we called her over. We ended up spending about 3 hours there and half the time we were just waiting on her. I wouldn’t really visit again.

First off, the service was great, super helpful and present staff… But the food.. the coffee, immaculate! Cuban sandwiches we’re excellent even compared to Miami standards, Dominican breakfast was a hit!

Found this place while searching for new restaurants & I’m glad I took a chance and stopped in. I ordered a Cuban style lechon sandwich & my wife had the tostones with guacamole & chicharron. Both dishes were amazing & the service was great. This location is absolutely immaculate. Did not get a chance to eat the dessert but I can only imagine after all that is what they are known for. I would highly recommend this restaurant.
