Absolutely shocked, both of the sandwiches were wrong in every possible way going through the drive through. There was hair in the food and for it taking 15 minutes to make definitely shouldn’t have been so bad in every way. They toasted the wrong sandwich. Completely mixed up the two of them and everything we said and we only had very minor changes.

Every time I order DoorDash from this location they always get my order wrong. Today for once I tried the drive through and let’s just say I was extremely disappointed. The drive through was super slow, took a very long time to get my order, and when I got home with my order one of the two sandwiches was missing the smashed avocado that was supposed to be on it. I paid the extra money for the avocado I expect it to be on the sandwich. Let’s just say if you ever go to this location make sure you go inside and order because that’s the only time they get your order correct.

This is a great Subway to visit very clean and the staff is awesome they ask all the right questions and do everything they can to make it your sandwich your way. The quality of the fresh sliced meats, cheese’s and vegetables shows. Now let’s talk bread and cookies. I really love walking into this Subway and smelling fresh baked bread and cookies, of course who doesn’t. Try the foot long cookie it is fresh baked and still gooey and hot how a cookie should be.

I think this subway is pretty good! The service was super nice and the restaurant was clean and had a different, more fun look than most subways.
My BLT was pretty good, but I am used to getting a bit more lettuce and tomatoes than I received.
Overall, a pretty pleasant, average experience.

The building is nice, but they keep having new owners or “under new management” really often which makes me wonder what the issue is. It’s way too expensive for a sandwich that’s mostly vegetables. When I went last, it was really late and they had already shut down the oven for the night. The kid I talked had to go ask the other guy, who was more experienced, and came back and said the oven was broken. It was an obvious lie, because I could see they had started cleaning it for the night (picture). When I asked him to melt the cheese in the microwave, he went back to the other guy to ask if the microwave was working. Really? You’ve worked a whole shift and you don’t even know if the microwave is working? He was obviously asking to see if this was something he needed to lie about as well. I get it, it sucks to have people come in late, but if the store can’t provide a good product and experience any time, then maybe they should just close. My wife didn’t get the extra bacon she paid for either – not surprised.

I ordered a footlong sandwich, 3 chips, and a footlong sub in the drive thru. The lady almost forgot my chips. But gave them to me when she saw me looking in the bag.
Then I got home and the footlong BMT was made decent. But there were hard pieces of something white that I had to spit out.
And the salad had NO MEAT in it. When I called they said I had to drive all the way back and give them the salad that was made wrong. Then they would make a new one.
No discount, no apologies, no extra anything. So I had to spend more on gas then the sandwich cost to drive back to the store. Or tell my kid that all he gets is a bowl of veggies for dinner. Im very disappointed in this store.

The food here is wonderful. If you disagree then fool you made the sandwich it’s your problem. Anyways I got a roast beef on Italian herbs and man that hit hard. The service was really good because they got the right amount of stuff on my sandwich. They also where very clear when talking. The thing though is the building felt like a cookie cutter of any other subway but what can you expect it is a fast food chain.
