I placed an order on my app and went and picked it up. I went to the drive-through line which took quite some time. When I got to the window, they had to ask me what I ordered and I told them. They provided me the food and I looked in the bag for my two pies. Both were supposed to be strawberry cream and one of them said apple on the container. I handed her the apple pie to swap out for the strawberry and she said it was a strawberry just in the wrong container. Her friendliness was nonexistent. When I got home and started to eat that said strawberry pie, it indeed was an apple pie. No need to flat out lie to me. I’ve only been in the area a few weeks and have quickly discovered that this is the worst McDonalds that I have ever been to. The owners/management need to take a deep look at this location, especially at night. McDonalds, you can do much better!

Had my aunt go here morning and her English isn’t perfect but the Hispanic lady there on 2-3-26 approx 9:20. Laughed at her bc of her English and threw the sugar on the counter. If she’s there bc she’s bilingual then she’s definitely not fit for that job or any that has to do with customer service.

Was no line but took forever to get service in drive through. Food was put together in a fashion that says it was all there but terribly put together. 2 Double cheese add lettuce and Mac sauce. I was missing a patty on each sandwich. Was told to take it up with corporate.

Normally, I have no issue going to this one, but here these last couple weeks, the service has become horrendous the attitudes, the lack of incompetence, it’s just appalling to me. Please do better. I will gladly go 10 minutes. Out of my way to avoid this McDonald’s.

i honestly don’t know how this place is still open, dine in is a flop, drive through is a flop. idc if ronald regan came here and it’s a historical landmark, THEYRE SLOW!!! 8/10 times they’ll mess up your food, especially in the drive through. go somewhere else, better yet, drive a few minutes a little bit better mcdonalds.

I have never had a good experience at this location. Drive thru orders are always wrong, delivery orders are always wrong and If you go inside and manage to get service at the counter, they would get that wrong too. Save yourself the trouble and go a little further to a better location.
