As someone with a chronic health issue that prevents me from having caffeine anymore, I absolutely love how I can get most any drink or flavor on the menu as a decaf option. Absolutely love the tea lattes as well!
There are a couple other coffee competitors in town where it’s a gamble if they’re going to make the same drink the same way every day or not *coughstarbuckscough* or if they’re going to make my decaf regular *coughmcdonaldscough*. In the several years I’ve been going to this Biggby, I think I’ve had a drink made wrong maybe once the entire time, and they remade it for me with no fuss at all!
Keep on with the greatness, guys!

Not sure how Biggby’s exist. I thought I would give it a try but I find it might be only a half a step above gas station coffee. Actually gas station coffee might be hotter. First of all to offer coffee from the hotel style pump carafe is about as bad as it gets. I actually added a shot of espresso but the coffee was lukewarm at best. Workers aren’t very friendly, no one else was in the place. Not a real coffee lovers hang out. And they had two types of muffins which probably have been in there for a week. Next time the Shell station!

Unfortunately they probably don’t control this but I will avoid this location because no coffee is worth the abuse my vehicle takes to get it.
