On the app, I build up crowns with every purchase for free items. Within the past 6 months, EVERY item says “not available” when I want to use the crowns for delivery, but not pick up. I emailed the help email, and was told it was a technical issue and they didn’t know when it would be fixed. So I order things. Get crowns. Cant redeem them, and they just expire!
Then I recently placed an order for delivery, and it was completely wrong.
Again, I contacted them, and they want a photo of the receipt. There was none, so I told them that. FOUR DAYS LATER, I get an email asking for a photo of what I received. I said I didn’t take a photo. I was told there’s nothing else they can do in that case.
So basically Burger King took my $20, and I got NOTHING!
Good business practice to take someone’s money who occasionally gets to treat themselves because they’re on disability!!!
