I came here the first time 5 mins before closing and the manager let me order, sit down to eat, did not rush me. So since then, I am moving storage units and decided to come here again. I always order a custom ultimate cheese burger by my house in Costa Mesa. But this place makes a better burger. They get my order right and I am hungry moving so I just ordered another one! Yes it was that good. Also I ordered a chocolate shake and instead of getting a straw that goes flat trying to drink the shake, they gave me a nice Sturdy one! I don’t like having to ask, is this the only straw you have? So I am leaving them a 5 star rating.. the place is always very clean, bathrooms as well. I walk in when I can because, That way there is no loss of communication and my food tastes great. I hate mustard so I have to order custom burgers. . so if you have to time, walk in and order. Tell them you read a great review.

I just went through the drive thru , I spent $37 dollars I was the only car in the drive thru , they still ask me to park and wait , then when I finally get my order it’s not even correct and NO cheese on the Jack spicy sandwich, that I was charged for on the receipt. How is this okay??

Ordered via the app was initially told they didn’t have my order, then found out he was looking up wrong name: got my food and was shorted a hash brown which like like 3.00, good thing I checked it before leaving. Coke was flat and disgusting. 9/26/25 Update tried this location again and they screwed up my order again! Won’t be coming back. Checked before leaving and caught the mistake, gave it back to the worker to be replaced. Worker seems like they couldn’t care less. Not even a Hey sorry about that. Won’t be coming back. If you use this location don’t leave without checking your orders

We went on National Hamburger day. Their deal was buy one, get one free. We had the sour dough Jacks, one was chicken and one was beef. They were both very good. We also had their curly fries. They were okay, i wouldn’t get them again. The service was excellent at this location. They were helpful, informative and very cordial. I would definitely go back to this location.
