1/10 wouldn’t recommend!!! This has got to be the worse drive-thru I have experienced. I had to wait for 25 minutes to get this sorry food. Once I arrived home one of my orders was missing. I had ordered 8 piece chicken nuggets with small fries. So when I checked the bag there were no fries insight. I WAS UPSET!!! I think its going to be a long time before I would come back again.

I come by every single morning and afternoon asking for the same thing and they never tend to have it. SMH why advertise a mocha ice coffee if your not going to make it so you can sell it. I’ll never go again I just give up on this place if customer service isnt going to be a priority

Literally no one was inside when I entered. I was immediately (and rudely) told that no cash was being accepted. Credit card only. Big red flag. No way was I going to use my credit card in such a shady place.

Waited for 10 minutes in the drive thru line. The girls working in the drive thru window then proceeded to mock me after pulling me to the window. Date and time was 06/09/25. I pulled to the speaker box at 4:06pm. Was pulled to the window finally at 4:13pm. Was also called a bit h by the girls at the window. Do better.

Hard buns on hamburgers, no ice in drink, service was horrible. We went through drive thru and this is what they gave us. I will never go there again. If I could give it a zero, I would.

The drive-thru employee copped an attitude with me. I told her I needed a moment more to look at the menu and she thought that I told her something else. She got offended. She left me hanging for awhile so I went on to the window, thinking we got disconnected. Even though I was the only customer going through drive-thru at that time she told me I had to circle the building and go back to the drive-thru menu and order from there instead of her simply taking my order at the window. I don’t appreciate an employee taking out their bad day on me and I let her know I was not happy. No wonder I was the only customer at the drive-thru; everybody went to McDonald’s! I too went elsewhere for my burgers. ☹️
