I had an amazing experience at Los Primos in Merrimack! From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed.

The service was outstanding, especially from our waitress Valentina. She was incredibly attentive, friendly, and very quick with everything we needed. She made sure we were comfortable and checked on us regularly without being overwhelming.

The food came out surprisingly fast, and everything was absolutely delicious. You can really taste the freshness and authentic flavors in every bite. In my opinion, this is the best Mexican food in the area! Every dish was full of flavor and perfectly prepared.

The atmosphere is warm, lively, and very inviting, making it a perfect place to enjoy a meal with family or friends.

All the staff members were kind and professional. I highly recommend Los Primos to anyone looking for authentic Mexican food and excellent service in Merrimack. We will definitely be coming back!

This is a nice place for flavorful Mexican food and conveniently close to the movie theaters if you’re planning a dinner and a movie. The dishes are fresh, well-seasoned, and generously portioned, and the service is friendly and efficient. The atmosphere is casual and great for a relaxed lunch or dinner.

I had a really disappointing experience here. I came in alone, ordered three enchiladas, and only got to eat one before going to the restroom. I made sure to tell the waitress I’d be right back, but when I returned, my plate was gone. I was shocked I wasn’t done eating, and I hadn’t asked for my food to be taken away.

I politely explained the situation, but the waitress was rude and dismissive. She claimed I had put my napkin on the plate, but I only did that to cover my food because I saw a fly .. which she denied even existed. She started raising her voice, saying I told her I was “all set,” but I genuinely didn’t hear her because I urgently had to use the restroom. I never saw her take my plate I went straight to the bathroom.

I tried to stay calm, but I was starting to tear up from the stress and how I was being treated. I even explained that I didn’t leave anything behind on the table because I’m not from the area and didn’t feel safe leaving my phone unattended I was trying to protect my belongings and my food.
But Valentina and Bruce said I should of left a belonging they questioned why I didn’t leave my cellphone behind.. mind you she apparently timed me using the restroom and just because I wasn’t back the time that she expected me to allegedly be back she threw my food away, but claims she threw it away when I walked off doesn’t make sense..
The owner eventually refunded me, which I appreciate, but he also took the waitress’s side and dismissed everything that was said and done I’m not the type to cause problems I’m shy, and I was already anxious eating alone. I just wanted to enjoy a quiet meal and instead ended up feeling embarrassed and attacked.

I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but people deserve to know how I was treated. Hopefully, management takes this feedback seriously and makes sure future customers feel more respected and heard.

Today I wanted to try a new Mexican restaurant with my girlfriend. We drove from Manchester and decided to visit Los Primos. This was my first time here. We arrived around 6:00 p.m., and my first impression when we walked in was uncomfortable—the employees just stared at us as if they didn’t want us there.

Our waitress, Valentina, greeted us kindly at first, which I appreciated. However, while we were eating, I noticed she was mostly on her phone instead of paying attention to us. The most disappointing part came after we finished our meals. Our waitress came over and only asked, “Would you like to see the dessert menu?” We said no, and at that exact moment, she placed the check on the table.

We actually wanted to order more drinks, but unfortunately, our waitress did not give us the opportunity. On top of that, we noticed that a tip had already been added to the bill. We were planning to leave more than 20%, and I understand tipping culture—I am a server myself, and I know that automatic gratuity is usually added for parties of 5 or more. But we were not a large group.

Overall, the service was very disappointing, and sadly, we will not be coming back.

I stopped here for dinner tonight. Sat at the bar. Valentina, my server was very attentive. I ordered the Cancun plate, shrimp with squash peppers and onion, and corn tortillas and black beans! It was delicious. Valentina makes the best Margheritas! I am very happy with the food and especially the service!

Great spot for a solid, no nonsense Mexican lunch. The burrito was huge, fresh, and actually filling, not all rice. Everything tasted clean and well seasoned, and the portions easily justify the price.

Service was fast and friendly even during lunch hours, and the place has a relaxed, casual vibe that works whether you’re eating in or grabbing food between errands. Easy choice if you’re nearby and want something reliable and satisfying. I’ll definitely be back.

Small place. Mexican decor. Tables & sears look older but clean. When we first walked in , there was a small waiting area where an employee was laying across the chairs, not a good look. The host acknowledged us and told us to pick a seat. There was a bar but there was a large group seated so we didn’t want to disturb them by sneaking by them so we sat in a corner booth. Waitress promptly came over to greet us and asked what we wanted to drink. We needed a minute.

We decided on our drinks and food. My drink was small and taste was okay. A bit pricey for the size. Probably just get soda next time. Beer seemed to be priced properly.

I got a chicken quesadilla which was listed as an appetizer so i had to order a side of rice as well. My husband got a burrito but had to pay the upgrade for steak. Both meals flavorful and presentation were good .

Waitress was attentive and friendly. We will come back again to try something different next time.

BTW……employee was still laying in seating area when we left.

_____Speechless__… & haven’t been there in a minute and was away by the quality ‘cuisine Mexican food” not what I was expecting. What do I mean? Photos are worth 1000 words. I recommend adding a Michelada to your drink tab!

Staying at the hotel across the street… I was looking for food and debated if I wanted papa Gino’s or this Mexican place across the street! I went to primos just because a quesadilla sounded better to me and I fully support my decision! That was the best quesadilla I’ve ever had EVER! Soo juicy and FRESH! I ordered my food to go, figured it would take a while once I ordered.. food was ready SOOO FAST! I had ordered a margarita while I waited.. I got like 3 sips before food was handed to me.. I ended up staying and eating my to go food so I could finish my drink! The people there were sooo nice they encouraged me to stay and enjoy my food! Highly recommend 10/10!

The staff was friendly and the food was good. Not great, but good. My kids has the corn dogs and my wife and I had the chicken and steak fajitas. The fajitas had a little too much sauce for my taste (I prefer them marinated but not drenched). For the price I would expect a little more meat. On that note, I found the prices to be on the high side. $19 for steak fajitas, $17.50 for chicken. Even worse, they charged $4.50 for a kids soda! Even for an adult that would be high, but for kids that is excessive. They also charge 50 cents for extra salsa.
