Absolutely amazing Carmel Marvel. My wife and I occasionally stop by here after church on Sundays and their team members have always been so kind and professional. We always get the Carmel marvel – it has some kind of hazelnut after taste that just makes our day haha. We love the fast service, and the employees all seem like they actually enjoy their job! I swear 50% of what makes something taste good is the attitude of the person serving it to you. Thanks for being exceptional Highland Heights Biggby! Keep up the great work!

Spent like a minute explaining a simple order, apple waffle sand which, cheddar cheese. Went back and forth woth the employee like 5 times. Charge full sandwhich price, gave me just the buns and a slice of cheese. Left a tip becuse we pay up front. I would have go back to return it but there was a large line and i didn’t have time.

I am an out of towner from Columbia, South Carolina. I had the pleasure of tasting this delicious coffee in late August/ early September with my sister who lives in Cincinnati, Ohio. She tried the Campfire and fell in love with it but it was only for a limited time. By the time I got here they stop selling it. So I tried the Pumpkin Spice Latte Iced coffee w/ added whip and sugar and cream and it SOOOOOOOO much better than Starbucks. I had to go back home and I tried Starbucks again…. I wasn’t happy…. I found out I am hooked for some Biggby’s. So when I came back to visit my sister again for a short visit I was determined to stop again! And I did!! Still satisfied. To whoever is looking for a location….. I would like to make a suggestion. Columbia, SC.

When it’s good, its GOOD!! But when not, it’s devastating. Drinks are great when made right, tho they forget the whipped cream on hot lattes more frequently than not.
Ham sandwiches are good, but is just like 3 thin slices of lunch meat half warmed up in a microwave. Asiago bagel is good tho. And too pricey!!! close to $8 for a latte is actually insane. Majority of staff is really nice too!

My experience with this Bigby location has been great. The specialty drinks and the brownies were delicious. My 5 stars for service is not an exaggeration, very friendly and helpful. I will be coming back soon!

Absolute WORST Biggby I have ever encountered & will never ever ever be back. The entire staff is rude & not helpful but Anna is the worst of them all and should probably find a different job outside of customer service or retire. I was argued with and laughed at because I asked if I could get shots of espresso for my free BOGO item instead of a full drink if I bought a full drink at full price which I have done at ANY other Biggby no problem 500+ times before now at 12+ locations. I had to speak to the owner as well whom was not helpful herself and just kept blaming the TERRIBLE customer service on the store being somewhat new! Making me stay in the drive thru to give these excuses while cars are honking and people are yelling. I specifically asked for my drink sugar free and it is NOT. Anna starts to argue with me again saying I didn’t say sugar free when I know for a fact I did. Then some girl chimes in and says it was her fault that I did say sugar free and she made it incorrectly. So sure let’s keep blaming the customer for OUR MISTAKES. So better this is such a poor excuse for a business let alone Biggby. I will let everybody I know to never come to this location.
