Went and got the $6 for 2 cupcake deal for valentines day. We picked them up on 2/14/26. They claimed to be “fresh” date even said they were fresh. Well when we cracked them open after dinner we noticed they tasted off right away. Vanilla ice cream tasted freezer burned then we got to the cookie and fudge layer and the cookie tasted stale and like it had been soaked in water before being added. The chocolate ice cream was no better. The chocolate ice cream part also tasted freezer burned but was odd like it had no flavor and all the cream part sucked out so it tasted like ice that was just colored brown. Normally a very good place but very disappointing!!! They also weren’t busy at all when we got our ice cream.

Their menu items were more expensive than the location in neenah wisconsin by a couple dollars on some items. Not sure their reasoning. The facility was clean enough. The advertised for a $7 meal deal and it turned out some items being bought together were more expensive than listed on the app than in store. It took a while for my food to come out, two people were standing around while two people were working. I’m assuming the 5th person was also in training. I recommend ordering ahead of time and using the app.

The cherry dipped cone is amazing service is always quick and the staff at drive thru is usually very happy to see repeat customers very friendly atmosphere but one time my card got doubled charged and the first charge was claimed to not go thru but still appeared on my statement

The manager the young lady who took our order was very nice we had a great conversation and was very helpful! Also Eli and Omar the cooks did a awesome job with our food. I would recommend our family to come to this location!!

Terrible place… terrible everything!!! I Went through the drive through ordered 2 $8 meal deals with chicken strips… one with ranch one with bbq upgraded both to blizzards both Dr peppers one with no ice.
1. Didn’t flip the blizzards handed them to me … I mentioned it to girl in window she said “well I can do it now if u want” I declined since I already had them in the car.
2. Both blizzards very soft but had maaaaybe 10 pcs of cookie dough in one and maaaybe – 10 pcs of butterfingers in the other and all pieces were right on top so was 4 bites with pieces and then just icecream the rest of the time.
3. Went inside to advise that the blizzards weren’t flipped – I was told it’s “not mandatory here”.
4. Smelled extremely musty and stagnant inside so VERY HAPPY we didn’t eat inside.
5. Didn’t get ranch – got warm mayo
6. Both sodas had ice
7. One soda was just carbonated water
8. One chicken strip was about the size of a silver dollar (more of a nugget)

One worker wiped his nose then proceeded to touch our drinks and other people’s icecream took 30 mins to get 2 chicken strip baskets and 2 sodas which they forgot
