Always wonderful for what it is. Got the prince meals. Don’t use the whole pack of salts if you want to eat the fries. While busy they didnt mess up my orders and the store was clean. I dont blame the staff for doing their best when teenagers are being slobs throwing food and ignoring staff.

I was at the Thain McDonald’s in Lewiston today, and I didn’t catch the name of the young lady who helped me, but I can’t express how grateful I am for her! My home is 2 hours away, I was in Lewiston for my partner’s surgery, and I could feel my blood sugar starting to plummet(I’m hypoglycemic). It’s the end of the month and I had $3.50 to my name, and was feeling desperate to get something in my stomach. I can’t normally eat fast food, but don’t know the area well enough to know what my options were, so I figured it was worth a try. The girl who was at the counter helped me go through the menu and find something within my small budget that I could eat and it gave me enough left to get a small cup of water! Thank you so much!!

Not reading the screen and making orders accordingly. My order said sub round egg ans they still did folded. I only do round as folded egg come frozen and taste bad. It was ordered for me so they did not think to check. Pretty let down. Wont order here anymore. Seems only 1 in the valley can actually get orders correct now out of the 3.

Let’s face it. It’s McDonald’s, you grab a bite there when, cardboard is the tasters choice of the day. It is fast, it is mediocre, it costs too much. But you get all that with a spot on fantastic crew. Each and every one goes home at the end of their shift, hating the smell of the only fries that have to be hot, to be edible.

McDonald’s is just one of those fast food chains, so it’s not anything magnificent since it’s quick food but it’s good enough to get you full. This specific location though seems to have a lot more problems than the others in town though. My go-to for breakfast is an egg McMuffin and about 75% of the time it has several egg shell pieces in it, so much that you can’t really eat it.

I will say they are quick but that might be part of the issue. A good percentage of the time my order is wrong. Whether it’s not including sauces you pay for or getting the wrong item in general. Which is frustrating when you pay for delivery just to have to drive back yourself to get the correct items. So it’s a gamble if you want to spend 10.00 for delivery to see if you get the right items if you get it from this location. The workers have always been friendly but the accuracy of the orders and preparation of the food needs to be better. The only reason I come to this one is that it’s much closer than the one downtown but I’ve been going downtown since I know my order will be correct there. It’s quite expensive for a fast food joint and when you pay as much as you do for your order it’s a waste to not get what you actually ordered. So much so that you have to come back or individually check each item in the parking lot before you leave unfortunately.

I’d say about 65% of the time your order will be wrong. So it’s really up to you if you want to take the gamble on it. I would definitely recommend they get some management in there to oversee the process they have going and make corrections where needed to really improve the overall experience at this location.

The dining area is quite small when you initially walk in, so seating is limited. There are a lot of times when the workers will put up a sign and don’t allow customers to order at the front kiosk with an actual person, which means you have to order at the self order kiosk which I’ve noticed quite a few times the older customers get extremely frustrated trying to use it and actually end up leaving all together. So I can’t really say it’s friendly to all age groups unfortunately.

Seriously. 50 cents each for ice to only get this much ice due your window person wanting to rush stuff out and has no customer service. Bad enough you charged beyond to much for bottom barrel food but to get this slep in the face on top of that.. McDonald’s you should be ashamed of yourselves….

Went through drive through, verified twice a sub for Canadian bacon/ham once when ordering and once when paying so I would not get bacon…., still got bacon…left and my son was missing his second sandwich. It was so busy we just left….not happy. Prices still ridiculous

The middle aged woman supervisor is incredibly unprofessional. She should not be yelling at people like they are her kids. Completely unacceptable behavior!
