I would have given a 1 star due to the attitude of the front worker. Had ordered meals for my kids through drive through and was missing 2 sandwiches. Waited over 15 mins to have these 2 single sandwiches replaced, even watching other people’s mishaps with their food get rectified when they walked in well after I did. After the 15 min wait, I asked them to remake the whole order being now the other food was cold! I was met with eye rolls, sighs, and a “MA’AM WE ARE DOING THE BEST WE CAN” with major attitude. I was pretty upset at that being my KIDS food was cold, but I would have had fresh sandwiches…thats not right to my kids. Period. It was addressed by an AMAZING MANAGER, Shayla, WHO DESERVES A RAISE!!! She spoke to me like a human! Not an annoyance or a neusense. She went above and beyond and had my whole order replaced in 5 mins!! How she handled this situation shows she is in the right position! She has great customer service!

Orders are never correct the first time. Then when you show the person at the window the issue all you get is attitude while they correct it. Missing items with every order is now the norm at this location.

The only consistent thing about this McD’s is they always screw up orders and take longer than anywhere else in town. Has to be one of the worst ran McDonald’s I’ve been to, every time I decide to see if it’s changed I am reminded that they just cannot get it together.

Came through the drive they at 6 pm, a girl named Maya took my order. She seemed angry and mostly mumbled so could hardly understand her. Ignored me when a I asked her for extra fries instead of apples for my sons happy meal. As I pulled away I look in the bag, not only are half the burgers not even fully wrapped, but I’m missing two burgers and they gave my son apples (he’s allergic)! They NEVER get my entire order in the bag, and the fries are always cold/stale. Any time I’ve ate inside, I see multiple people with long hair in the kitchen, not even tied up. When you’re hungry on a time crunch in BFE I guess its all you got.
