We ordered a 24-cut pizza, 50 wings, and a large onion ring for a total of $99. When our friend went to pick up the order, he was handed just the pizza, asked if that was everything, and the employee said yes. We later realized the wings and onion rings were missing and had to go back to get the rest of the order. This a pretty unusual mistake to make and was inconvenient to have to make a second trip after being told everything was included. As for the food it was okay overall, the pizza and wings were decent. The onion rings however were actually really good and definitely the highlight of the meal. Overall not a terrible experience, but the mix-up with the order was disappointing.

Food was awesome. Only one complaint. I asked for extra cheese on my spaghetti meal and didn’t get. I talked to the same girl that I talked to talk before so she made the same mistake. Also again that’s the only complaint I have but other than that that’s just normal stuff getting too busy around this time of year.

I really loved this place when Jimmy owned it. I want to love it again while Tony is running. It and owning it. But the Pizza is a hit-or-miss. Depending on what day you go I was there last Sunday and got a real good pie cooked on the bottom. Just the way I like it. But other than that, nothing else to complain about customer service has always been well.

I hate to leave a bad review but……I had never had anything from Jimmy’s before but living in Troy I was well aware of the stellar reputation. We ordered the “chicken parm” pizza. It is a square pie (no problem). But it was basically a cheese pizza with some breaded chicken thrown on top. The chicken pieces were oily yet hard at the same time. It was over all tasteless. Seriously no flavor. The sauce was bland. There was enough cheese that I should have at least tasted a rich mozzarella flavor, yet again flavorless, perhaps a low quality cheese?. Im so sorry but this was literally the worst pizza I think I have ever had. The service was another story, I phoned in the order and had it delivered and staff were all friendly and courteous. 3 people in my home tasted this pizza. We are throwing it away. So idk. ..was it a bad day? Unsure but won’t order again and chance it.

Ordered a pizza, with mushrooms, onions, and black olives, and an salad to go. Asked for pizza well done. Went in to pick up, and was greeted with a smile, and a very nice, good evening, how are you. Took the order home, and the pizza was perfect, well done, not overdone. Toppings covered the pizza nicely, and crust and sauce were excellent. Salad was excellent, as was the dressing. Its been awhile, ( years, just moved back), but its as good as I ever remember. Best part, they still have very reasonable prices. Love it!! I’ll be back!

Pizza is way too greasy unfortunately, staff gives mean looks and argues rather than be friendly, the owners are nice and do try but the staff need to step it up, I rather walk across the bridge and up to island eats for their amazing $5 special that can’t be beaten and the slices you get for that are huge! Maybe the dine in experience is different, will have to try that in the future for further review possibly

My wife loves Jimmy’s. I like it too. The pizza is always consistently decent. They find that sweet spot just before burnt that most places dont dare. Try it, its totally worth it. The only knock i have, is its in a bad neighborhood but you can usually park pretty close or theres parking on the side.

First time ordering from here did a pick up order on the phone answered right away only had to wait 30 mins for my order which is average and the service was excellent I had ordered a 24 cut w Mozzarella sticks w raspberry sauce and a 2 liter and I was alone and the woman that checked me out was nice enough to help me to my car with my stuff was super sweet the food was excellent also would order again sometime …the raspberry sauce is to die for btw….
