*Exceptional Service at Starbucks on Bond/Elk Grove-Florin!*

I am blown away by the outstanding service I consistently receive at the Starbucks at 8868 Bond Rd, Suite #100. The team is truly exceptional, and I want to highlight the remarkable individuals who make this location shine! See Yelp for my full review including more kudos to specific team members.

*Jevonda and Katrina: Above and Beyond*

These two barista stars in particular consistently go above and beyond to ensure an exceptional customer experience. Very warm smiles, attentive listening, and proactive problem-solving skills make every visit a delight. My favorite part to these ladies is the fact that they treat you like a neighbor…asking how you are (not just me but every customer they encounter). As well as offer new drink suggestions. I sat and observed for 2 months while my car was down and had the time to stay awhile. (times between the hours of 9:30am-4pm Mon-Fri)

*Great Ambiance*

When I am in the mood to sit and listen to music, this location provides a relaxed atmosphere that’s perfect for any time of day. From classic 50’s tunes to modern mixes, the mix or radio is always on point. There has NEVER been a line, not more than 2 customers at the counter any time I was there, but if you’re in a hurry order ahead. The longest I have had to wait that way is 8 minutes (realistically). They have a few comfy leather chairs and offer nice ceramic mugs to sip from too, just ask “for here cup”. See the picture I posted on Yelp for a very yummy Dulce De Leche a Starbuck’s barista had made for me at this location.

*Areas for improvement* This part is more a Starbuck’s the company, not this specific location or staff related… but a wishful thinking section. It would be nice if Starbuck’s offered more sugar-free flavors and more food options that are low carb and zero sugar for those with special diets. Also, the codes on the bathroom doors is absolutely ridiculous! lol I might have even been more understanding if it was still changed once every so often, but every day?? It’s a lot for a customer and staff member to have to continuously ask/give a code if you visit often and stay a while. This area is not even filled with people that take advantage of bathroom use without purchasing. Sheesh!

*Conclusion*: It is easy to write a review based on a quick 5 minute coffee pick up but I feel my input is valuable for the reason that I have had plenty of time to observe, capture detailed and accurate information on this location to relay back to the public (an educated decision and input). Every employee that works at this location is a hard worker, I apologize for those that I did not catch your name in the 2 strait months I visited but had someone stood out as being not so great, I would have surely found out what their name was, not the case. Everyone is great! Major fast hustle, very hard workers, quick and efficient!

In short, this Starbucks location is a testament to the power of exceptional customer service, which many businesses lack these days. Every team member is dedicated to creating a warm, welcoming, and efficient experience that keeps customers coming back. If you haven’t visited this location yet, do yourself a favor and stop by – you won’t be disappointed!

…and I recommend anyone else to as well. Especially if you are not nit-picky uppity type that complains about everything including if a business runs out of a certain product or ingredient due to all the people stopping by and sippin’ it all up. I get grouchy as well when I haven’t gotten my coffee yet, but don’t take it out on the baristas in a public review. They are working their butts off! Job well done staff!

I visited this Starbucks for the first time this afternoon, hoping for a good cup of coffee, and a pleasant place to relax and to get some work done. I would’ve given it 5 stars except that the employees were not very friendly and the place was not as clean as I expected. The location is convenient, parking is adequate, the decor was quite nice, the coffee was good, there were 4 comfortable leather seats and a variety of other kinds of seating, WiFi worked well, the music was not to popish to really relax, and the floor of the dining room and the restroom I used were not very clean.

Why is it that whenever I get a venti from this location with foam, it looks like they made a grande and forgot I ordered a venti so they just pour the grande into a venti cup and add extra foam. I don’t want extra foam, I just want the correct amount of drink I should have. Why even bother ordering a venti and pay more if I’m just getting a grande’s worth of liquid.

I have gone here several times and been disappointed several times as well. My orders have arrived melted, old, and leaking. I have received melted frappuccinos previously.Today I ordered and they were out of the two latte options I asked for and suggested earl grey instead but forgot to even make my order. When I received my order after asking for it the tea was in a leaky cup. The customer service is bad and needs improvement.

The service at this Starbucks is horrible. I’ve never been to a Starbucks where everyone working there is rude and acts as if the customer is bothering them for letting them know that the wrong order was given. Never one time did I get an apology for them giving me the completely wrong order. I was glared at by the staff and watched three different workers roll their eyes at me when I asked for my order to be corrected. The burnt coffee at this Starbucks is no longer worth paying money for. I deleted my Starbucks app immediately and will now be taking my business down the street to Pete’s coffee or Dutch Bros. The manger at this store should really be doing a better job at making sure their workers terrible attitudes are kept in check. Shame on the so called “Manager” of this store. The Bond Road location really should be shut down in the next round of Starbucks going out business store closers.

I am in visiting from out of state, this is my second order that is incorrect in 1 week. First one mocha frap w/almond milk. The second one tall hot white chocolate mocha with 3pumps caramel. They made frap with reg milk and the hot drink gave me grande so taste is off. I can take something being wrong but these people never answer phones or give receipts. The first day I called over 5 times to get someone and woman Jenny didn’t take my name. I called back no answer again. Phone just rings until it goes busy! Today 4 calls no answer and now im leaving back to Texas in the morning. At least with the receipt I can call corporate but i shouldn’t have to do all. People should just answer phone, make drinks as asked, and give a receipt or at least ask if a person wants one. I guess I will just update, if I ever get someone on the line. I guess the one time they answered was a fluke!
