I left Burger King after getting home I ordered the fish combo it was awful the fish was cold the bun hard as if it had been sitting there for awhile there was several other cars waiting but my order was out fast cars before me were still waiting I didn’t get a receipt. so can’t say who waited on me I can say the person took my order was the same person that gave me the order with that said I will never go back again. I’m not done yet I will report this store some family member feel the same way. Horrible Burger King on Airline hwy next to golf cart and between

You order then they tell you to “pull up they will bring it to you”. You wait about 10 mins look inside and all the employees are on their phone and drinking fountain drinks in the seating area. You go in the restaurant and there is no one to great you or take your order. Finally 25-30 mins later your food is done and maybe they will bring it out when they feel like it. Easily the worst burger king in all of Louisiana.

I ordered a kids meal. It CLEARLY states on the drive thru sign that you can either get a toy or a treat. I attempt to order a cone as the sign states and I’ve done at every other BK and I’m told we don’t do that here. I told her that is what is advertised. So didn’t get that choice. Then I get up to pay and my order is $1 more than it should be. I ask why and she tells me because I got a fountain drink. You mean the mini fountain drink that is included with your choice of drink? She said it only comes with an apple juice. WHAT?! This person is clearly not trained properly. I don’t ever leave reviews but the level of stupidity was astounding.

I was visiting from out of state and stopped at this location. This lady in the video, get rid of her. Please get rid of these rude people. I am a Black woman and cannot stand when our people get these jobs and instead of being thankful for what God has blessed them with, they display the worst customer service imaginable. I walked in, greeted the workers and asked a question and this lady completely ignored or acknowledged me and had an I don’t care attitude. I feel that if you do not like your job, then find something else to do. The other young lady who was working the register/drive thru started out as being rude but at least she changed her demeanor.

The lady didn’t turn her headset off the whole time, so I heard her say a price, thinking that it was in response to what I had asked for. Instead of responding politely and explaining the confusion, this woman was SO deliberately rude over the intercom, “I was talking to someone else. You can wait… please”. That girl is lucky by the grace of God that I decided to keep my emotions to myself because never in my LIFE have I experienced something like that. Fire that girl. However, the lovely woman who brought my food out to me (I had a larger order) was an angel. Her brightness and attitude lifted my spirits. Definitely needed it after that initial disrespectful ahh- interaction.

The workers is unprofessional here. We just pulled at 6:02 pm they told a man to older outside he had to wait till a car which was us pull up. The lady didn’t turn off her headset and you could hear her whole conversation. We ended up leaving because we heard her say “After that big order that’s it for me”. Which we’re assuming they were closing.
