This restaurant is absolutely horrible. I order thru their delivery service at 2Pm. My food didn’t arrive until 3:30pm. The food was cold and the crab Rangoon was burnt. I call them and they didn’t want to send another order. Once I arrived to the restaurant the manager blamed the cook, the delivery service every body accept taking responsibility. After an hour of going back and forth I finally received my refund. Customers are not always right but when you can clearly see your service was bad own it and move do not make the customer feel bad for ordering food from you restaurant.

went the for my husbands birthday and found a dead fly in the plum sauce bottle and before I could give it to the waitress she grabbed the bottle and said oh dead fly. I knew I should have left then. We went to warm up our left overs saturday morning and my daughter found a black ant in her sesame chicken, I called the restaurant to tell them and she kept saying I was lying well I wasnt so please do not eat here , They are not clean I wouldnt even give them one star but you have to hit one to post this , That should tell you also

I order here twice a month today ordered for the family , Sorry but today was the worst we have ever had it seemed old not fresh very dry the chicken and the rice. Sorry guys we will be finding a new place .

This isn’t the original Ping On restaurant , food wasn’t nearly as good as the ORIGINAL ping on witch is on Garfield & Canal a couple doors down from Kroger it’s the best around & have been around since the 70’s
