Horrifically managed and badly operated. Ordered a pick up order. They started my order 20 minutes after it was due. Employees are more attentive to Door Dashers getting their orders, which were due after mine, than someone who is picking up their own. 50 minutes wasted with zero food and zero care.

Never again will I even use this chain. 40$ order whole thing was undercooked. Pizza bread desserts and all. Made me wait on hold for 20 mins. Kept transferring me over and over again. When they did finally bring me my remake the delivery boy said the Pizza Hut people really must hate you. The remade food is still trash. If I wouldn’t have paid cash I would’ve just refunded. Awful service. Awful food.

This is by far the best Pizza Hut. All the others suck. I had a location pretty much deny my order and decline my calls and this location hooked me up after the fact I was pretty much scammed. I will be contacting the company and confronting the location that denied my order even though I put an order in almost 2 hours before they closed! Shoutout to this location.

I placed my order online just fine, however, when the driver got here, he just handed me my food. When I asked him where my 2L soda was, he said they only gave him the food. I called the store to let them know my soda was missing but I got a message saying the store was closed. The store did not close until 1am according to the website. I called right before 12:30am. I would have picked up my own pizza if I knew my soda would not make it.

I wish I can rate no stars. I ordered my food on the app at 8:09pm and it said I was going to get it between 8:44-8:54pm and when I called the restaurant itself, the number is actually a call center number that’s no help at all either! Come to find out my order was cancelled by the restaurant without my consent and I wasn’t notified. They’re lucky I didn’t go up there and cause a scene because I am currently pregnant and I promise you it won’t be a next time I order from there ever again. I should’ve read the reviews and ratings before ordering

Pizza Hut has definitely changed over the years. Used to be sooo good but now, it’s ehhh. The bread sticks were dry and small. The pizza was good. The cinnamon sticks were yummy as well.

Order is always wrong. Fill out surveys to let the company know how horrible the service is, but nothing changes. If corporate doesn’t care then the store won’t either. Tired of paying for less food than what I order. Plenty of other pizza around, so no longer ordering.

I recently took my grandsons to Pizza Hut before heading to the park, and the experience was outstanding, even with pick-up only! The customer service was truly the best I’ve ever had. From the moment I called to place the order, the staff were friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. They made sure to confirm every detail of our order and even suggested a few options the kids might like, which turned out to be spot-on!
When we arrived to pick up the food, the staff greeted us with smiles and had everything ready right on time. The food was packaged perfectly to stay fresh and warm for our picnic at the park. The pizzas were delicious, with the crust cooked just right and toppings evenly spread. The breadsticks were soft, flavorful, and paired perfectly with the dipping sauce. My grandsons especially loved the cinnamon sticks, which added the perfect sweet treat to end our meal.
The staff’s attention to detail and friendly service made the whole experience memorable. It’s rare to find this level of care and efficiency with takeout, but Pizza Hut nailed it. Highly recommend this location for excellent food and top-notch customer service!
