Decided to try this modern built Taco Bell for lunch. I pretty much knew what to expect but unfortunately I was unimpressed. For starters there was trash all over inside. I tried to keep the trash out of my pics though.Six months ago everyone was disinfecting every thing and now it seems it’s back to the old ‘who cares’ attitude. Portion size inside my taco supremes were depressing at best. The taste of the tacos were good though. Cost of the meal was pretty extreme for a simple combo meal. 9 bucks for a couple tacos and a soda. Come on. Really the whole thing was disappointing. I understand getting restaurant help is tough these days but if it’s too much to keep the tables and floors clean maybe you should consider takeout only. Bathroom was nice though and I will say the staff was very pleasant.

Rude customer service. 0 disclosure on when doors would be closing for drive thru only on web site and in person. I arrived confused and I don’t have a vehicle so I approached the drive thru just to ask if the doors were closed for the night and I didn’t get a reply at all. Shortly after, someone pulls up and he speaks to them but not me. No doors closed signs just locked doors and confused customers wondering why it says open online and nothing about only drive thru. Worst taco bell I’ve ever been to. Nasty employees

I don’t get Taco Bell often because the prices are crazy. However, when I do indulge my craving, this location is always great. The service is fast, the employees are always very friendly, and my order has always been spot on. I’ve only used the drive-thru but the outside has never been littered with garbage but kept nice and clean.

Very rude. Came through the drive thru and they told me it was a 10 min wait till they could even take my order so I went somewhere else for 20 mins came back and they told me the same thing. I told him I was just in the drive thru 20 mins ago and you told me 10 mins again. Like the never ending 10 min lie so they could be less busy. He told me idk what to tell you.

Good food at a reasonable price with lots of vegetarian options. Great for a quick meal or when on the go. Most stores are open late. Good drink choices. The fries are usually cold so I stopped getting them. Fresh hot fries would be great.

This isn’t the first time. But first time posting. Tired of paying for food that we don’t get. Last one. Big cheese it. Got it. Was flatter than a pancake. Less filling than the regular crunch wrap. Tried calling goes to voicemail. Pictures as follows. Managers need to actually show the new stuff being sold to the employees. Big cheese it. From commercial double beef and cheese. This one barely got beef and no cheese. Smh. Last manager when this happened said come back I’ll make it right. Bro. Takes more gas and my time to drive to worry about a meal, how about make it right the first time. Well what is your name and next time just say meal on me. So I did. No name was there staff told me sorry. Manager not here either lol. Get it together. Drive through every time. If I dine in. Sure I could walk up and say. But come on. Who has time to check food in parking lot when in a hurry. Drive through person great most of the time.

If someone makes an ingredient request (no tomato), please, do not get an attitude and completely deny their request after acting like you would make sure there was no tomato. Because JUST MAYBE they have a severe tomato allergy.
Not even mentioning the fact she asked for a regular soft taco instead of a chalupa in her Luxe box, she just asked for NO TOMATO and instead y’all decided to be rude and now she is super sick because of her food allergy.

Hour before closing and this guy t trying to tell me all he has is tacos. It’s an hour before closing and you don’t want to do your job and make some food. Not the first time this is happening at this location these people are lazy don’t want to do their job or work. Obviously.
