Food is quite good for UK dining standards, but it can sometimes take so much longer than it should, even when not busy. Employee friendliness is hit or miss, but there are two tablets you can order from too which still accept WildCard ID (Flex Dollars/CatCash). There’s LOTS of seating and very low traffic, so the place is very open and you have plenty of privacy space between other groups of people. Seating is also pretty diverse and there’s charging outlets, so coupled with the spaciousness, it serves as a great & unique mid-day study spot with food! As an off-campus student with a Flex Dollar-only meal plan, I’ve loved coming here mid-day to eat, relax by myself, and get some work done!

Quality of the food seems extremely variable. Some days, I’ll eat there and it’s great, other times I’ve eaten there it’s horrible. If you get something you don’t like, tell a manager. They’re pretty good at responding to criticism.

The experience was dreadful. Ordered a delectible sounding grilled cheese involving Mac and Cheese and bacon. What did I get? A typical, gas station grade cheeseburger. Maybe students who are paying carnival money for their food aren’t offended by terrible quality and service, but when I pay real money for something I expect it to at least resemble what I ordered. Not impressed and if I hadn’t been in a hurry, the management (if any) would have gotten a piece of my verbal mind, as opposed to the written word.

Very very slow. Did not seem to have a good system for orders. And it was not that crowded. One lady ordered online, got a text that it was ready, and was still waiting for at least 15 minutes. The cheeseburger was good

Food ranges from being passable as cafeteria food to absolutely abysmal. Burgers resemble charcoal more than anything edible, fries are generally heavily undercooked and horribly greasy, although the sweet potato fries at least range from terrible to good depending on the day.
