I had the mango salad with tofu. The owners are Thai and they were very accommodating and welcoming to me even though it was late. The mango salad a little too much dressing but it was a homemade dressing (next time I’ll ask for it on the side) but I liked how there fresh tofu and a variety of vegetables in there that you normally don’t get in other Thai restaurants I’ve encountered. It was nice for a light meal! I wanted to come back to eat but the hours didn’t work with my work schedule.

Very nice well balanced flavor, great service and reasonable price. Good portion of what you order and the curry is very yummy. Nice cozy place

Hidden food gem in coquitlam for Thai food. Their spice levels are perfect too with 3 being super spicy and 5 being next level.
Food was really great and the service the lady offered was priceless. Overall small cozy restaurant with delicious Thai food.

Very cozy experience. Thankfully, no gentrification in sight! We had the Red Curry, Chicken Pad Thai and chicken wings. Would come back again.

It was a terrible experience. The food wasn’t as good as before, and the taste of the fried rice was just… ugh, hard to describe.

Coming from someone who is half Thai and visits family back in Thailand regularly, this was the first Thai restaurant I felt was more authentic than others I’ve been to in the lower mainland, serving things like Haw Mok seafood and Tapioca pork balls which I don’t typically see in Thai restaurants here. We got to speak to the owner a bit, and they mentioned wanting to make the dishes how they like to eat them. They said they go back to Thailand every year, very friendly server. Nice to have found a gem here.

This is a small mom and pop store in Coquitlam that we went to after our hike at Bunzten lake. We didn’t know what to expect as the place didn’t have too many reviews but were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. We were a large group and got a variety of items like the vegan and chicken khao suey, panang curry, green thai curry, papaya salad. Everything was very delicious, very well plated and very good quantities too. The server seemed like the owner of the store who was also helping prepare the meals. Very homely and super value for money. Spice level 3 in the appetizers was definitely spicy for us, so we made it 2 for the main course items. Highly recommend if you like Thai food.

A little Thai restaurant at Austin Heights.
Ordered a few lunch special – Green curry, pad se-ew and a regular pineapple fried rice and fish cakes.
Fish cakes and the green curry were not bad. The other two were just so-so. The fried rice could be a bit hotter.
There’s a small parking lot in front and behind the restaurant.

Edit: I’m unsure how to revise my review. Initially rated 5 stars, but it’s now decreased to 3. The prices have been raised, and I’ve noticed another increase again between January 25th and February 23rd. Paying $18 for a panang curry of this size (its additional $5 for rice, $23 in total) feels too expensive, and unfortunately, my tofu tasted expired. This restaurant used to be my favorite, but the decline in freshness and the price hikes leave me disappointed.
Old review, Nov 2022:
Incredible Vegetable Panang Curry! I ordered delivery today for the first time and after my first bite I knew this was my new favourite place. I can’t wait to come back.
My food was cooked perfectly. Tasted very fresh and hot: I had Thai level spicy. The Spring Rolls were really good, big and lots of vegetables inside.
Thank you!
