This has to be the WORST Hardee’s, the workers have absolutely no courtesy or sense of urgency. Watched an elderly woman wait about 6 minutes before even being acknowledged. Can’t see how this restaurant and staff is still operational.

I walked in at 8:40pm. I ordered 2 tacos and a drink. Manager said hamburger machine and taco machine were shut down, because they were closing soon. (1hr 20min early?? See sign with hours) So, disappointed, I ordered a chilidog and a drink. My friend ordered a hot ham and cheese, fries and a drink.
They gave us cups and we found there was no ice. So, we were given ice from behind the counter. Then there was no rootbeer for my friend out front and they told him they had no more. So he opted for diet coke.
Our orders arrived. My friend’s order was correct, but his fries were rock hard. I received a hot dog loaded with mustard and onions. Not a chilidog. (See picture) I also received rock hard fries, which I didn’t order. There was no ketchup out front for the fries.
When asked about the hotdog, the manager said he would “add” chili sauce to the dog, but I didn’t want mustard. When told this, the manager snively remarked, “it comes with mustard. You have to request no mustard.” So, I said, ” OK, I don’t want mustard.” (See attached picture of the menu which neither mentions mustard, nor does the chilidog shown have mustard on it) 12 minutes later, my friend was done eating and my chili dog arrived.
I believe all this happened, because things were shut down early so that when the actual 10pm closing time arrived, the lights could be turned out a everyone could leave early.

I have been a Hardee’s customer since 1980. Sadly, this has changed my good opinion of Hardee’s, which, if not reconciled, I will report here and discontinue visiting.

No charge to my condiments and they even gave me extra Buffalo Sauce. A complimentary apple pie for my wait too. The cashier started cleaning the lobby when it got slow and updated me on my order status. Friendly and clean and better than other Hardee’s I been to. Will visit again.
Second visit today and service was better and delivery was much faster. Clean lobby again. Keep up the good work!

As you’ll read in other reviews this Hardee’s does some things well and leave others to be desired. They have a slow drive-thru, hit or miss customer service, but fresh and hot food. Come here for the burgers, fries, breakfast, and they have the best chicken tenders. They also have a ♿ handicap accessible restroom, parking, and seating.

Got the Super Star combo. It’s a huge double cheese burger (be hungry). Large fries and drink. Everything was hot and fresh. Clean restaurant and friendly staff and fast service.

We ordered breakfast earlier today and the manager took our ordered in the drive-through. He was rude and made a simple order difficult. We got to my grandparents house about 20 minutes away only to realize my biscuit was not in the bag. On our way back home we stopped by for a refund becaus it was close to 10 bucks. He told us that he didn’t know if the biscuit wasn’t in the bag implying we were lying, and that he didn’t have to give us a refund. Then said we took too long to come back to the store. When we tried to reason with him he shut the window in our face. He did give us a refund but wow. This man has no place for customer service let alone a management position of any kind.

Strawberry milkshake was amazing! Onion rings were great. Hot ham and cheese sandwich was reduced to maybe a sandwich you would get at an elementary school cafeteria. But they are not the only ones who have cut back. I suggest if you order this sandwich get large.

If you are going to Hardee’s, don’t come to this establishment. Here are the reasons why.
I came here to get a quick breakfast, but the staff is very slow and is hardly working anymore. The manager is rude and thinks that the customers like myself did something wrong. They do not even have any empathy at all! Although the food is decent, that does not change the fact that their attitude is like that.
Do me a solid and go to a different Hardee’s or Carl Jr.’s restaurant or anywhere else. But not here. Not worth your time.
