Food was made wrong ordered boneless wings and got traditional style. Also ordered voodoo fries and got fries with hot sauce and ranch. I tired to call them to get a refund or maybe have them fix the order but they did not answer the phone and hung up on me multiple times. Would not recommend coming here if you want your food to be made right.

I ordered wings for 70 employees and everyone was wowed. I usually take pics but they were all over the wings, Cajun corn and fries. I highly suggest this Wingstop. Destiny, Crystal,Ahisah and DJ All went above and beyond. Everything was ready for my pickup for lunch, hot and great tasting. Definitely using the Streetsboro Wingstop again.

Tried to order on Superbowl day, they prioritized Doordash, made app customers wait for hours, never got our food. Couldn’t even speak to a manager when i wanted a refund. They wrote down my name and number on receipt paper and said they will call me the next day. Would not answer their phone. Honestly, the worst wings I’ve ever paid for. The garlic parm were plain. Did not receive full orders. The quality of the wings, laughable, as they looked like they were purchased from the absolute cheapest supplier (as shown in the picture). To say I would avoid this place is an understatement! The only thing worthy of my money was the Dasani water.

I stopped by Wingstop between 10pm–11pm and had such a standout experience thanks to the two girls working that night. The soft-spoken girl with black bangs was calm, professional, and welcoming — but also so bubbly and smiley that it made the whole interaction feel personal and genuine. She communicated clearly about my order and made sure everything came out fresh, especially the fries which were hot, crispy, and perfect.
The shorter girl with the long hair braided in a ponytail was just as bubbly and upbeat, keeping everything running smoothly while staying cheerful and kind. Even though it was later at night, both of them were full of positive energy, and it made the whole atmosphere feel warm and inviting.
What impressed me most was their teamwork — they bounced off each other naturally, staying efficient while also creating a customer experience that felt above and beyond. Their smiles and bubbly attitudes, combined with professionalism and care, made me feel truly valued as a customer.
I come back multiple times a week because of them. Employees like this don’t just do their jobs — they build customer loyalty, raise the standard for service, and make Wingstop a place you want to return to. These two absolutely deserve recognition for the energy and dedication they bring every shift

Never stopped in at a Wingstop before now. I have to say that this location left a pretty good impression on me. So much so I have already been there twice in a week. Wings and flavors offered have not disappointed me. Their fries I am not a fan of but that is my personal preference as the quality I received was excellent.
Service was also top notch as I was welcomed with friendly smiles and attitude. Food didn’t take forever, even being a walking carry-out order. Nothing I would improve.
Atmosphere is set up more for take-out with a few table and chairs. Nothing noteworthy but all was clean and organized.
Overall great experience and I will be back again for the wings as long as they can keep up this level of food quality and service.

Came in for an order of two for take-out on 4/22/25 @ 6 pm. Was greeted with such a wonderfully nice smiles and staff. There were two young ladies that helped with our order and we were told it would be 25 mins. The store was very nice and clean and smelled amazing. While we sat, it literally only took 10 minutes that they called my name and our order was ready. We were giving our meal while she read off exactly everything we ordered and it was correct. When we got home, the food was nice and still hot and even the fries had the best seasoning on them! This is a great store to come order from and even dine in. The staff was so exceptionally nice and outgoing, and you can see straight in the back where they are making orders and the floor is nice and clean along with all the equipment was clean and wiped down. A+++++++++++++. Great Job!
