I am only sharing my experience there because I would hope if I were the manager at this location I’d like to know this. This past Thursday, Jan. 15th I stopped in for a burger/fries around 3pm. I rarely eat fast food but I was in a hurry to get to work and hungry. Ordered it to go and opened it up 3 or 4 miles down the road. It was absolutely the worst burger I’ve ever eaten. Honestly, I only ate half of it. It was cold, tasted like it was sitting under a light for hours. The meat tasted really bad. Ordered a small and I think I got about 9 fries in total. I’m really not a picky eater but this was bad.

I never really write reviews for fast food places but this Burger King is NICE, I don’t know if it’s brand new or if it just got remodeled, but it looks very clean and I like the set up in the couches and seats. Very inviting. The girl at the counter was really nice. I feel like most of the time fast food employees just want you out and get to the next but she had good eye contact and said you’re welcome when I said thank you. I would recommend coming here over other burger kings. I did some work from here on my laptop and ate a good meal. Thank you

This Burger King has displayed the best customer service on numerous occasions. My food is always hot and correct. They offer me a drink when I have a prolonged wait. I witnessed thorough training. That’s a lot of pros in a industry on life support.

This is probably the worst Burger King I’ve ever been to. Multiple times they’ve gotten my order wrong or forgotten to put an order of fries in the bag, But tonight was the worst of all… Both the burger and the fries were hard as a rock. Like they had been sitting under the heat lamps for hours. The bun was crunchy like croutons, The Patty almost broke my tooth. And even the fries that you’d think would be big and soft, snapped like asparagus. I can’t believe this place is still in business. Gross.

Hello, the older woman working drive through has the worst customer service. She extremely rude and pushy. The older woman at the window shoved my debit card into my hand while I was trying to give my kid his drink in the backseat. I think it’s just awful service. The GM should really look into this because she is pushing customers away. The parking lot is always empty every time I see it in the mornings. That should be a busy location but I can clearly see why there are zero customers. I don’t understand why the older woman working the drive through window is so aggressive. Very terrible experience every single time we go to this location in the morning. This isn’t the first time dealing with her terrible attitude either. I thought I would give it another chance and ended up proving myself wrong.

Whoever was in charge of making the french fries today is going to give a lot of people food poisoning. I ate one without looking and it tasted stale, bad, greasy, oily and now i’m starting to feel nauseous. I can say for sure that these are the worst french fries I have ever had from a Burger King however it’s not the worst Burger King I’ve been to. I would highly recommend doing some retraining for the employees on how to properly cook and handle food that they are serving to their customers.

Whopper jr’s were burnt to a crisp. I dont like hockey pucks with mayo on them. Then had to wait for a GM who isn’t present to get my payment back. I didn’t trust them to make me new ones when I can tell they are frazzled and have a whopper just sitting out on the counter waiting to get wrapped. Lol

The staff here is absolutely incredible I love coming here often! They’re always smiling, my food is always fresh, and they get it out so fast! Incredible great deals and not too expensive! I will always recommend coming here to everybody!
