New owners are out of their mind!!! 3 tacos went from 12 to 20 for ADDED BEANS. This is still a taco with meat, tomatoes, lettuce, ect. There is room fod like half a spoon of beans on each taco and you want to charge 7 dollars. WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU

Not a bad place to eat, food was good and people were nice. BUT, Taco Bell hasn’t gotten cheap over the years. My local one doesn’t even have a counter person, just a couple kiosks. This is a horrible trend. Less service and food being made cheaper but costing more. For some reason it still tastes good even though they took a lot off the menu. I miss Taco Bell from the 90’s and early 2000’s.

Had to order via kiosk, went through the process, order came up when we thought we were done. Nope waited 10 minutes. Why have the lobby open if you can’t order at the counter. We are done with Taco Bell.

The website said they closed at 4, we arrived at 2:20 hungering for food, we drove 15 minutes to get here to see the signs and everything on the door saying they are open at this time. They were not. Like their item sizes, they continue to false advertise.

Went there to get some food after working all day sat in the drive through for 15 minutes because no one could get the order right then we get are food and it’s all messed up went in there with the receipt and they wouldn’t fix it and then get home and there is no meat in any of the tacos that I had got basically scammed me out of my food and money won’t be going back there no more

Don’t order in the app or drive through (basically anywhere except inside where you can check each individual item and make sure it’s correct) I have lived by this taco bell and they CONSISTENTLY SCREW THE ORDERS UP. Their management and employees are HORRIBLE and truly could care less about if your order is correct. I would do anything to not have to drive the extra miles to another location however I’ve truly wasted so much time and money here and I am FED UP.

Went in to get a couple meals for dinner with my significant other. Not only were they busy, they were dealing with a weird crack headed gentleman in the lobby but still went above and beyond for our order. One of the workers even ran outside to give us an item they forgot before we left the parking lot. 10/10 those workers deserve a raise for sure.
