Start over BK. Shut this one down. The order was simple. One Original Chicken Sandwich. Not only was there no steam visible from the part I tore off, the chicken was cold to the touch (checked exactly 5 minutes after time of order). WHAT is that foreign object fried onto my sandwich?! Is that a bug? Needles to say, I did not even attempt to eat this. Only positive part of this experience was the very kind and professional young drive-thru attendant. Food quality at this BK has been getting worse and worse for a long time now. Time to put this site in the past and build a new one.

These people need new training. There’s a TikTok of a person who’s uncle is special needs and father had passed . Uncle called into work saying father had passed and couldn’t make it to work and was yelled at by his manager who cut his hours and also threatened to fire him. Do people have no decency anymore?!?!

I have been sitting in line for 17 minutes before I ordered at the drive through. The cars are 4 deep from the windows and the same car is at the windows when I pulled in line 17 minutes ago. Shameful.

DO NOT RECOMMEND! Was yelled at when I pulled up to the ordering window and was told to wait. Ten minutes later. No one took my order. When I said hello. I was greeted with another yelling session twice. Gladly taking my business elsewhere. Not only was the service bad but so was the food. How is this place even open ?!

I picked up lunch today. The woman working the drive through was very polite and friendly. The food was fresh and hot. We don’t eat fast food very often because of the service. I will go back here again. Thank you!

I ordered a large hashbrown and 5pc French toast and got a greasy bag of cold food without syrup. You can smell that the oil is old and reused. This location does not even try. This is the second time I’ve ordered this and both times the food has been Luke warm/cold. It is not hard to make fresh food. No one wants to pay their hard earned money for cold greasy food.

At Burger King they do not allow refills due to COVID-19. No free upgrade to make up for the difference. I asked for no ice so at least I can get a fair amount of beverage and a separate cup of ice. They charged for the cup of ice. I do not recommend eating here. There are plenty of other places that give refills. No wonder the place is empty.
