I purchased a caramel apple with pecans yesterday and when I cut it open this afternoon, it was rotten inside. So, I drove 30 minutes to your store and your employees were both super kind and apologized for the rotten apple and offered to either refund or replace the apple. I asked if they could cut it open for me before I left, and they said they weren’t allowed to. Which if that’s your policy, is not on them. They did, however, offer to open a new box to hopefully get me a fresh one. Like I said before, excellent customer service.
Happily, when I finally got home to open the new apple it was fresh. Sadly, it wasn’t a very tasty caramel apple. The caramel was mediocre and the pecans tasted stale. At minimum, offer to cut them open before people leave so you know if they are OK before selling them. I really think you need a new supplier. Perhaps a local orchard? Jonamac Orchard in Malta, IL has amazing caramel apples.
Additionally, my husband had the pumpkin pie concrete yesterday and he said it was quite delicious!

Disappointed with the “Blueberry Concrete” – it’s just vanilla! If I could I give negative star not even one.
Ordered the new limited-time Blueberry Concrete expecting a rich blueberry flavor blended throughout, but what I got was plain vanilla with maybe a hint of blueberry on top, definitely not blended. It tasted like regular vanilla ice cream, nothing special, and not worth the price. Even check with the employee and they said this is how it should come in even for special or limited time item. Super disappointing for something advertised as a blueberry treat. Feels like false advertising.

Tasty treat to come by, but pricing can be a little wonky when first coming here. Didn’t expect a large-sized sundae to be this small for $10. Expect fairly long waits before ordering, drive-thru seems to be the best option

If I could give them 0 stars I would! I always have problems with this specific location. On 1/1/25 I spent 27$ on three different ice cream for one of them to be skimped out on the extra cheese cake bites that I paid for! I asked for more because they gave me little to nothing and they literally tried to charge me more for more cheese cake bites when I already paid for more! I will never EVER COME HERE AGAIN.

My kids ask to go here every time we are in the area of Walmart, Fuller’s Car Wash, or Chick-fil-a. We ent there this afternoon and ordered the build your own concrete/shakes. We got a regular sized vanilla with strawberry and a large chocolate with peanut butter. Both rated good, but the vanilla with strawberry was great. The kids loved it. The total price was $11.91. It seems to be on the higher priced side, but after researching, it is probably middle of the road.
