Milanos is delicious! My family and I have been dining here for nearly 30 years and we’ve never been disappointed. All their Greek and Italian options are very reliable and turn out great each and every time. They always give you a generous serving for a reasonable price. Milano’s Family Restaurant has always been a family favorite, and a gorgeous to Italian restaurant. Most notable is the service. Kind waiters and waitresses, a very nice environment, and classic Italian food that tastes good every time I go. Love their soups too! My family has been going for the past 30 or more years, and the good quality does not seem to have changed in the time we’ve been going.

I go to Milano’s at least once a month with a group of friends. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The service is always good and the food is as well. The portions are huge, you will not leave hungry. The menu offers a wide variety of dishes to match any appetite. I love supporting family owned businesses and Milano’s never disappoints. They continue to earn my business.

We had our daughter’s baby shower here. We had our own room. The service and food were excellent. They even packed up the leftovers for us. The manager was very helpful. And the cost was very reasonable. We really enjoyed it and are very appreciative!

Milano’s family restaurant is a family-owned restaurant in the Springfield area. The atmosphere is very casual and low-key the food is very good. I particularly like the pizza, and it’s close to some of the pizzerias I grew up with in New York City. The owners are very warm and friendly, and the servers are very attentive to your needs. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Got the gyro and chili soup! Everything was delicious. Comes with chips and extra $2 to sub for fries. But very affordable. Total for 2 gyros + 1 chili soup cup was $35!

I think we had a new waiter. Some of the obvious things were missed like remembering a drink offering napkins and condiments for the meal. He seemed either very busy or just disoriented. The food was okay not the greatest flavor but it needed more than just salt and pepper. I will say that the food portions are huge. The food cost matches the plate size. The kids’ meals prices are great. The atmosphere is very greek dinner and lots of older people. We have 4 kids but they don’t offer crayons or stuff to keep the kids busy. We would visit again to try different dishes. It’s Greek but we had the Italian food menu options this time.

Removed into the area in 1974 and have been going to Milanos‘s since. However, in the past year or so I feel there has been a definite downturn in the quality of the entrées. Don’t ask for a vegetable other than green beans or peas. Apparently broccoli, and other more healthy vegetables don’t exist . there are no other sides available other than pure starch If you want a kebab, you’ll get it without without the kebab. In fact you will get a fried blob,Service is not appear as friendly as before, and the last two times I was in nobody asked me how my meal was. Too bad It used to be a good place to go. apparently, they have replaced quality with quantity.
