The BEST barbacoa torta I’ve had since I left Texas almost 4 years ago. I meant to save half for later, but I was compelled to write this review before I finish the last few bites. It’s a truck in a parking lot, so atmosphere really doesn’t apply. What it is, is the best Mexican tacos and burritos I’ve had since moving from LA to Denver 7 years ago. The best!

Can’t really say enough about this place. Really fantastic tacos. Damn they are so good. One of the best barbacoa I’ve had in probably a decade. Price is super fair as well.

La Cascada has the best street tacos! The meat quality is so good. My favorites are the Carne asada, and al pastor. My husband loves thier burritos. The salsas red and green are both spicy and delicious. My favorite Mexican food truck in Denver.
