The food had some real highlights. My Fireworks Pasta was beyond full of flavor—a spicy, vibrant southwestern cream sauce with chicken, peppers, green chiles, cilantro, and green onions that packed a delicious punch. The bread service was a nice touch, with warm, fresh bread to start the meal. And the mashed potatoes (I believe the Montage potatoes or Parmesan whipped variety) were amazing—creamy, flavorful, and perfectly executed.
One minor note: one of the chicken dishes in our group looked a bit odd in presentation, though it tasted edible. 🙂
Overall, Montage delivered a great upscale yet relaxed dining experience with creative flavors and top-notch service.
The wait staff was fantastic,friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming from start to finish. The food was good, and the overall experience was definitely a good one.

The food was outstanding, from the ahi tuna appetizers to the seafood main dish to the s’mores dessert, there was nothing not to like. Our server was prompt and attentive and the overall experience is positive. I would absolutely 100% recommend.
I had a raspberry margarita (yum – not too sweet) and my husband had the Iowa Old Fashioned (he raved). Shared the sweet and spicy bacon as a starter – it melted in your mouth and the perfect blend of sweet and spice.
For entrees off the menu we had fettuccine Alfredo with chicken, brisket tacos, pine nut crusted chicken, montage potatoes and the Parmesan whipped potatoes. My husband had the seasonal special – dry aged NY strip and pea pods. For dessert we shared the peppermint patty pie. All were so flavorful and delicious!
