I placed a large phone order for over 20 people (more than $200), and the experience was smooth from start to finish. The food was ready at the promised time, and the order was complete and accurate. Nearly every dish tasted great—my only suggestion for improvement would be the crab rangoons. Aside from that, everything was very satisfying. I would definitely order from here again!

This is pretty good Chinese -American food. The egg rolls are short on cabbage or pork and quite grease logged. The chicken and broccoli was very good. The pork egg foo young was very good but the gravy was too sweet. We loved the pork fried rice! We will return.

This place should be shut down. I can’t understand how they have so many 5-star reviews. Are the customers blind, or are they family members who give them those reviews? While I was ordering my food, I noticed how disgusting the kitchen was, with cockroaches and other dead insects. They have absolutely no hygiene. I canceled my order and I’m never going back to that place because it’s not a restaurant.

The bone less spare ribs we so thin and so dry , the bourbon chicken was so thin and so dry.
The prawn crackers were stale.
I made a call to Bamboo wok about this, they had no apologie , they said just call door dash and even hung up on me , twice.

Food just wasn’t good. Beef lo mein was sweet and chewy. Eggrolls were dense and flavorless. Nothing tasted fresh. Service was good. Food was served hot and quickly.

The food was alright in my opinion, not the best around. As I was chewing my food though, I found a long piece of metal wire that twisted its way around the food. It wasn’t visible from the outside so that means they cooked with it. Luckily I felt it in my mouth otherwise who knows what would’ve happened. I included a photo of the chewed food, fair warning to those sensitive about that stuff.
