Drink and food was definitely a 10 and the vibes were immaculate!! Hot mama was so hospitable making sure our needs were met. It was my first time but definitely won’t be my last!! Couldn’t even take a photo before the food was gone.

This is my second time visiting the Southern Classic Daiquiri Factory!! The vibes are unmatched!! The music sets the tone for the atmosphere!! The food and drinks hit EVERYTIME!! Me and my gf decided to try this place for the first time. When I say it was a 10/10 that would be an understatement!!!! Tiffany Rose was absolutely amazing. Customer service was on point, food was on point. She allowed us to try out some of the drinks before ordering which made things easier to get. Everything was fire!!!! I would absolutely come here again. Especially if Tiffany will be there. :))

My dining experience at Southern D1 was one of the best, Hot Mama gave me and my folks golden quality service, and Chef Dell had us well fed. The Jambalaya and Gumbo was top tier and the different flavors of the wings were all blazing. The green apple daiquiri had me taken aback too.

Food: blackened chicken empanadas 10/10,wings 9.5/10 shrimp 10/10.
Drinks:Steel magnolia(strawberry,pina colada) 10/10 it was strong for me but still soooooo good. Service with a smile great atmosphere. Chill vibes for a Saturday evening.

Love this joint! Great Cajun food. The crawfish etouffee is on point and has a good amount of crawfish on it. The Jambalaya & empanadas are delicious as well. Be advised they primarily have 4 seat high tops and small 2 seat tables but the chairs are all padded & have backs. It’s cozy. Staff is very friendly & helpful. Daquaris are very tasty. Great experience.

I went to Daiquiri Factory for the first time on my birhday. The vibe is very loud music and super casual.
I really liked the decorations they were fun and reminded me of mardi gras. The drinks were solid, especially having the option to try a flight and grab a half gallon to go ($42 for the half gallon, unopened and its leaking out the bottle)
That said, the service wasn’t impressive at all….especially for my first visit. It felt unorganized the young lady at the counter seemed aggravated or annoyed and didn’t leave a great first impression.
Overall, it’s an okay spot if you’re looking for drinks and a lively environment, the food tasty but not nola….but if you want new orleans food, go to nola….service needs improvement. I’d give it 3 stars.

Omg Tiffany and dale are such a vibe for my first experience here I love it and will be back. I had a flight I mixed the blue lemonade/ hypnotic, factories choice/ strawberry, twerk sumn, and the don julio. You will not be upset. If your feeling hungry get you the gumbo or jambalaya( has pork). If your ever here and need a quick stop or a place to go for the weekend night come here.. honest review I don’t know these people . However real is real
