Ordered a Philly platter. Board says Philly platter comes with 5 wings for 12.99. Charged 13.48, Philly came with fries. When asked about it I was told it was either fries or wings. Even tho the Philly with fries is 9.99. Not going back

Went for lunch today & got the Philly cheese steak combo with wings . The combo was almost $15 & this how it looked . They don’t care about presentation or appearance it’s insane they have people paying $15+ for meals that look like this . And the cashier had 0 customer service skills , can barely hear him when he talking to you . Don’t even fill your sandwich up how it’s suppose to be filled . Never again

I’ve never left a food review in my 44 years on this earth until now. That’s how bad the food and service at this place is. I was with my daughter and there was no line. I ordered 2 10 piece wing platters a slushy and a sprite. The total was 40 dollars which I already thought was kinda high. We waited 25 minutes for our food. 5 minutes of that the food was sitting on the pick up shelf but the girl in the front was having a conversation with her friend and didn’t bother turning around to see if the food was ready. I’m watching this happen. At first I didn’t think it was our food. When she finally turned around and called our number I lost it. I said, ” Our food was sitting there for a while, cmon man.” Her friend jumps in and says,” They were waiting for the fries to finish which was a lie because I was watching the whole time. She didn’t put any fries in the boxes before she handed it to me. I get the food. My wings tasted old and had no lemon pepper seasoning on them. I only ate 1 wing. The fries didn’t taste good either, mine were warm but my daughters were cold. My daughter ate her wings but I think she was just hungry, I didn’t bother tasting hers. I ended up just eating the warm fries because I had ranch to mask the taste of the fries. I threw away 9 out of 10 wings. I wasted 40 dollars on that food. I went straight to heb and got 40 dollars worth of groceries, went home and made me a meal. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone unless you just fell like wasting money on bad wings and bad service.

NEVER EATING HERE AGAIN!!!!! OWNER IS CUTTING BACK ON HIS SERVINGS AND TO SAVE MONEY AND IT SHOWS. I ORDER A GYRO AND WAS ONLY GIVEN 2 SLICES OF MEAT CUT IN HALF. THERE WAS MORE PITA BREAD THAN ANYTHING ELSE ON THE GYRO. IT WAS VERY DISAPPOINTING. SOMETHING NEEDS TO CHANGE OR THEY NEED TO GO OUT OF BUSINESS
