Me and my husband ordered a pizza stuffed crust with pepperoni and jalapeños, we get the same thing every time with no issues. We waiting almost an hour and finally got the pizza, we looked and seen they gave us unwanted Parmesan cheese all over the pizza, way too much, then they didn’t even give us the stuffed crust we got regular. I took a bite because I was starving & instead of marinara it had nacho cheese

It seems every time I go to the Marshall Little Caesar’s, there is a bunch of kids working… they are usually always wearing headphones, will make eye contact with you and proceed to walk the other way.
We routinely order online, and when we get the email saying it’s ready for pick up, I’ll get there, and after waiting for 10-15, a staff member will FINALLY come acknowledge me, I’ll show them the email, and 8/10 times, they haven’t even started it yet.
Last time I picked up my order, my Detroit style looked like it was missing a corner, and my stuffed crust was barely cooked.
Very disappointed in this location. I’ve been to little Caesar’s in multiple states across the country, and this has by far got to be the worst in quality and service.
Little Caesars corporate office needs to drop in and do some looking around.

Online order. Pizza half-cooked, falling apart when trying to pick up to eat. breadsticks were doughy also, called to submit a complaint, and staff was rude. Asked for the manager 3 times, and other people kept getting on the phone. So the manager never came to the phone; I was told she was busy, and the guy told me to bring the pizza back so they could remake it. Really, like I want to spend my time driving all the way back there to wait for them to redo my order. How about I will not order from you anymore? Had to put it in the oven to let it finish baking.

Placed an online order, had the money taken out of the account and as we pull up they are locking the doors and telling us oh well we are closing (mind you this is at 1628). So now we are out of money until when??? Not to mention there was more than 2 other people who had online orders here as she’s closing.

Elijah was very rude. Was on his phone when I arrived and couldn’t be bothered with a “may I help you?” All I got was a “huh”.
After I ordered my pizza he just went back on his phone and never told me how long the wait was.
Once I received my pizza I said “thank you” but I guess he couldn’t be bothered because he just turned around without responding.
Will never be back.

Order food at 7:00pm didn’t receive it until 7:40pm. Young man and young lady walked in from being in a car doing god knows what, washes their hands for 2 seconds and is touching everyone’s food. On top of that when they both was in the back they was just playing and hugging on each other. This was the worst experience I’ve ever experienced and will make sure they lose all business that comes from me and everyone else. Corporate get on this store and fix it!

The pizza was delicious and fresh. We ordered on the app and money came out of our account. We wait over a half hour and no pizza. Long wait times are typical with this particular location. Eventually my husband went in to see what the issue was and they had deleted our order. I’m assuming this was done by mistake. They went ahead and made the pizza with him standing there which took another 10-15 minutes. When it came out, it looked great and tasted great.

Ordered the 3 Meat Trio Deep deep dish…and this is what we got. The dough was raw. Plus ordered the chocolate chip cookie dough brownies…they gave me a package of frozen cookie dough to cook myself at home. We won’t waste our time or money here again.

I Went In To Get Some Hot And Ready Pizza And They Didn’t Have Any, But They Did Have An Order Of The Puffs Ready So I Purchased Them And Four Other Pizzas. While I Waited For Tha Pizzas To Be Made I Took The Hot And Ready Puff’s To My Car And Was Gonna Have A Snack, But When I Opened The Box One Of The Puff’s Was Half Eaten. I Took Them Back To The Counter And Showed The Cashier, She Said She Would Have Some Freshly Made But Did Not So When My Order Was Ready I Then Had Issues Trying To Get My Money Back For The Puff’s. Quality Of The Food Was Terrible And The Service was Horrible!!!!
