This was my first time ordering from Pizza Hut, and I have to say, I’m pleasantly surprised! Given some of the negative ratings for this location, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but my experience was just like any reliable fast-food chain. For the price, you really do get a pretty decent pizza. It’s definitely worth checking out for yourself!

This was hands-down the worst fast-food experience I’ve had in a long time. The estimated time was wildly inaccurate, and the order took far longer than promised. What made it worse: zero communication. No updates, no accountability, and no urgency — just waiting while the store operated like it was completely unmanaged.
If this location can’t handle order volume, they need to stop giving fake time estimates and start giving real updates. I’m done with this store, and I strongly recommend avoiding it unless you’re okay wasting a huge chunk of your day.
And they missed my drink order. Overall the worst experience.

I placed an order at 4:35 and was going to pick it up later as people do. I get there around 6:30 and they’re saying my order was canceled.
I’ve never seen a place do this and I was pissed. They did call me at 6:24 but I missed the call so I will take that fault but still. It seems like they made the food then just tossed it and they’re saying I can place another order. Lady inside saying it’s not edible… don’t you just keep it on a warmer anyways?

I’m very disappointed. My pizza got delivered and was destroyed. I called Pizza Hut they refused to help me. The guy was very rude transferred me mid sentence, refused to put a manager on the phone. I worked in customer service for many years and in the food industry so I’m not going to be rude to someone I understand. I called back same guy refused to get a manager, refused to look up my order that I just ordered and told me he couldn’t help me unless I was ordering. The customer service is horrible. The worst I’ve ever experienced by far.

So I usually pick up. They started having delivery drivers from store. So I order today through website and couldn’t figure out why my order was so much. They used Door Dash. I am not happy and then I try to call in and you get a call center that speaks broken English. Not what I expect from this store. It should clearly state if you are using Door Dash. I would have just come and picked it up.

5 different couriers were sent to this place to pick up my order! The store members gave the order to the wrong person! Order ended up having to be cancelled! Lady from Pizza Hut didn’t give a crap and even cut the phone off when I was enquiring where the order is!

It was late last night but I got a personal pizza an it was barley an cheese, more sauce then cheese all my toppling completely came off the pizza and the crust wasn’t even cook fully. But being super tired I decided to just eat it up but woke this morning throwing it all up. Something on that pizza messed my stomach up.

Terrible place to order pizza from. Set a delivery time and when I called after 40 minutes of it being late, I got put on hold indefinitely. Called back and got put on hold again without them getting back to me. Eventually had to drive to the store to cancel my order that never came because I could not even get a hold of them to cancel it. Absolutely terrible. Was livid but didn’t want to make a scene and didn’t even get an apology.

I get Pizza Hut pretty often, but this experience really annoyed me. I ordered at 10:20 pm, never received my food,no one would answer the phone and then they eventually closed at 12:00pm. Going to sleep hungry.
