Fabulous food, friendly staff, down-to-earth atmosphere. I ordered the carne adovada stew, an almond croissant, and a white chocolate, raspberry scone. The adovada was flavorful, spicy, and well complimented by the chips and sour cream served with it. The scone had a “structural crunch” to the edges. They weren’t burned, or even overdone, they were just slightly crunchy in the most pleasant way possible. The croissant was light, airy, buttery, soft, and the frangipane was a perfect punctuation to the croissant, which was also lightly glazed and topped with shaved almonds. Will definitely eat here again.

We just ate here on our way to ABQ and I am highly disappointed with the food. It looked amazing in the pictures and the reviews were good so we gave it a try.
I ordered 1 buffalo chicken sandwich and the chicken felt like it was purchased from Smiths next door. Overly breaded and felt store bought which is fine but just no taste simply bland. The greens were just thrown inside without seeing if they were edible or not. And the tomato slice was not a slice. Oh and the bun didn’t even feel like it was sourdough bun. It’s NOT worth $14.
I do not recommend this dish. The inside of the place smelled heavily of a cleaning agent which made it unbearable to sit inside.

This was my first time coming inside Pig and Fig. I am disappointed in my experience. The food was not what I was expecting given I paid 46 dollars for my whole tab. I will attach pictures of my food so you can see, but I got a sandwich and it was 18 dollars and I am sorry but it does not look like an 18 dollar sandwich at all. The portion size is also small for what you paid for. If it was 13-14 I would say okay it’s worth it, but 18 plus tax is high in my opinion and I feel ripped off. My brother got a burger and his looked much more like what we paid for. However, you cannot tell me these are not McDonald’s fries. The fries were stale and not seasoned at all. I wouldn’t say it was inedible, but for the price, was not worth it at all. My latte was also not flavored properly. I ordered a hazelnut latte and it did not taste like hazelnut whatsoever. I will say my pastry is amazing though. I love the chocolate torte. However, the lady who took my order was a bit on the rude side. She asked if my brother was ordering food after I placed my order and was trying to order my drink. She made it sound like I wasn’t going to buy him anything when that is further from the truth. I understand getting food in to the kitchen first is helpful, but she didn’t say that. She said “is he buying food too? Or?” But in a rude way. After I already established we are together. Overall, I would say my experience is lackluster. The food was not anything special aside from the pastries, and the staff were a little rude. I do feel I wasted 46 dollars here.

My family and I love going to Pig and Fig. Its a nice quiet peaceful place to go sit down and enjoy breakfast or lunch at. Of course my kids love everything in the bakery side. Their breakfast burritos are big and delicious. The chai tea is my favorite drink. For lunch my go to is their pork schnitzel, it makes me feel like I’m back in Germany. Taste so good !

Quick food. Nice decorating. Overpriced. Salad was basic for $16; sorry I already ate the small piece of $4 chicken on top. Sandwich and basic potato chips for $14 and drink extra; this should be a $9.99 lunch special. Play by play: Walked in at about 1240. Not too busy. While standing, review the paper menu, give order to older lady at register who makes a strange comment about waiting to order a diet coke until after both of us have given her our food order. Rude? Hold credit card up the screen. The tipping screen appears with 15, 20, and 25% default options. Be careful with the tip screen because this basically a fast food joint. You’re getting your own water and utensils and pouring your own soda, etc. Like a Modern fast food joint, yiu are handed a number flag and go find your own table. Food came out quickly. Delivery person asked if we need anything else. I asked about utensils and the delivery person gestured at a rack next to her where we were supposed to get our own forks. I thanked her, stood up, walked past her to get my own fork. Summary: meh. Overpriced. Lackluster service. Inside of restaurant was clean and food was edible. We will try somewhere else next time we come thru. The tipping up front is misleading for what service is provided. Not sure why this place has an above average review.

Pretty nice little place in White Rock has ample seating indoors and outside. Note that you have to do everything other than picking up your own food from the kitchen : I say this so you are aware when you are asked to tip when ordering the food (you have to find a table, take one own silverware, get your own water ave subsequent refills).
On to the good: The butternut squash bisque turned out to be a roaster butternut squash soup without the weight of a bisque and was like a warm hug! Pesto chicken was a bit of a messy affair but the standout on the plate was the gigante bean salad!! It was deliciously garlicky and acidic which made for great eating. Veg were very greasy but serviceable. Overall solid food.

We started with Sweet & Spicy Brussels Sprouts. It was delicious! My husband loves the sauce. For the main dish, my husband had The Steak Melt. The steaks were tender and juicy. Love, love it! I had Chicken Pesto. It’s good, but I think their Chicken & Bacon Tortellini would be better. We ate outside at the patio so our dog could sit with us. There were others with their dogs, too.

I ordered a Big Cow Burger medium with cheddar and I’d be lying if I didn’t say it’s in the top 3 burgers I’ve ever had. Very polite and a clean restaurant. High quality food.

Great spot to grab lunch almost directly across from the Bandelier visitor’s center (where you catch a bus to/from the park). Pictured are the Rainbow veggie wrap and Grilled Piggie Cheese. Also ordered the namesake Pig and Fig. All were fantastic! Note that they sell a daily rotating box lunch which would be great to take to the park. Would highly recommend!
