I order from this Jersey Mike’s location almost every week through DoorDash, and this was by far the worst experience I’ve had with any restaurant in a long time.

Half of the order was missing when it arrived, even though everything showed correctly on the receipt. After already waiting about an hour for lunch, we were left with incomplete meals.
DoorDash offered a credit, but it would have cost me another $10 in delivery fees just to get the missing food that should have been included in the first place.
So I called the store directly.
The person I spoke with, who identified himself as the manager, couldn’t have cared less. His exact response was essentially “there’s nothing we can do.” When I explained I was just trying to get the food that was missing from my order, he said “I’m busy, call me back another time,” and then hung up on me.
That level of service is unacceptable anywhere, but especially from a brand like Jersey Mike’s that claims to care about customer experience.
Mistakes happen. Missing items happen. What shouldn’t happen is a manager who openly says he doesn’t care and hangs up on a customer trying to fix the problem.
I’m a regular customer and this completely killed my trust in this location.

Placed an online order through the app with multiple requests for “no onions” due to an allergy. Sandwiches were loaded with onions. Called in to see if the issue could be rectified and the “manager” claimed it’s not their fault and they only make what the app tells them to. Refused to take accountability for their mistake or consider they may have just missed the request in their rush. The manager did say that he’s “also allergic to onions but it only makes him break out in hives when he eats them”… Extremely disappointed. Luckily Maxwell’s has a great Cheesesteak & Fries that you can count on for $5 less.

I went here to grab lunch I mistakenly told her a mini 9 on wheat didn’t realize I did this she started making it i said “my apologies i ment a mini 8 on wheat not a 9 “the lady with the tattoos white mid 30s got an attitude with me after I apologized if you are going to be in a customer service related job don’t be rude to your customers especially ones that don’t deserve your attitude

A violent up charge for extras while not adding them in is criminal. Not only that back to back they have made a completely wrong meal. Just because I order two of the same numbers doesn’t mean everything is going to be the same in it. Obviously the employees don’t read the orders. I can’t even get what comes in the order normally, let alone any extras I do request (like pickles or relish, for example). Horrible store that cannot manage to do one right order or seem to care about it either. Where’s the turkey? the bacon? Not a single correct thing done multiple visits. The gall to charge this much for some ham and a childs handful of brown lettuce and tomato has got to be a joke

While I was on the road, my lust for hunger started to grow. I wanted something fast, healthy, and that tastes good. Many competing sandwich shops cross my mind, but I chose Jersey Mike’s. Their service was fast and friendly. I asked their manager what sandwich they would recommend, since I have not been there before, and she recommended the number 13. The sandwich was crafted with care and tasted even better. I will be going to Jersey Mike’s more frequently for quality sandwiches!
