No butter on waffles or pancakes or in bags.
No syrup for waffles.
Ordered crispy hashbrowns and they were soggy, undercooked.
Barely enough fries to cover the bottom of container.
Hot chocolate was more like hot water.
We just moved to this town and this is my first restaurant experience here. I am highly disappointed and will likely not be coming back unless this is resolved. We paid almost $60 for a trash meal.

Absolutely phenomenal experience. My server, Joann, was very attentive and helpful with any menu questions, and just went above and beyond. Food was great and on time, and service overall was top notch. Very kind staff. Keep up the great work, i hop. You got a repeat customer here now.

We had an amazing breakfast. Our server, Arin, was so kind and sweet. She was fast and proficient. My coffee cup was never empty and she provided all my special cream and sugars. Real good coffee. The food was amazing. Each time we come here, it gets better and better. I suggest you give this place a try.

First I would just like to say this is my GO-TO spot. You don’t go to IHOP because you want “fine dining.” You go to IHOP because it’s 2:00 PM on a Tuesday, you’re wearing sweatpants, and you want to eat your body weight in carbs for the price of a movie ticket. It’s a chaotic, sugary glory hole of American breakfast culture. And don’t get me started on the service. I know we can’t have favorites, but I do. The past 4 times I have been, a young woman named Novalee. She is so attentive and kind. Kindness is free. She makes my wife’s and I day every time. It’s the little things in life that I appreciate. I wonder if this company has a formal way to recognize employees? I’d love to make sure Novalee gets credit for the great job they did.

We love the burgers at our local IHOP. Arin always gets our order right (we are kinda picky on how we like our burgers). She is always ready with a smile, no matter how busy she is. The meat has such a good flavor. The buns are fresh. And the onion rings are really good!
