I’d say this is one of the best Sharks locations in the south suburbs—especially when the right cook is working. There’s nothing particularly special beyond that, but my chicken and fries are always hot, crispy, and generously seasoned with lemon pepper. Can’t really ask for much more.

Ordered a 25 piece meal with fries, lemon pepper fried hard. Got a really small container of fries which I’m not that upset about. What I am upset about is the quality of the chicken you guys served me. I’ve been ordering from this place for years and I’ve always been ok with the semi high prices ($50 for 25 wings and a small fry….) due to the quality of the chicken always being nice hot and fresh. Mind you I was 10 mins late picking up an order that was ready in 20. That being said this does NOT look like 10, 15 or 20 min old chicken! It’s full of grease and dark. It’s soft and mushy, and no lemon pepper on it at all. This chicken is very old and clearly refried to heat up. That’s the only way you get mushy chicken that’s much darker than fresh cooked chicken. It was clearly made much earlier and sat to the side. Not happy about it at all. Won’t be coming back. I know I’m just one person but you guys lost a regular.

Second time ordering from Uner eats and was given refried old food. Called and was left on hold for nearly 10 minutes. Attempted to eat it and you can’t even bite into it. Called back and cashier said nothing can be done and the cook does not speak English. We have to stop letting them treat us this way in OUR neighborhoods!

I stopped in for a simple meal. I ordered the small catfish dinner hard. When the meal was done the guy was friendly, and even said enjoy the remaining of my night. I get home only to find out the meal was cooked regular and not fried hard. I paid for my meal to be a certain way and I shouldn’t have to go through my bag of food at the counter just to make sure its what, and how I ordered.

I gotta say I’m not from the area but I tried the lemon pepper and honey BBQ wings with lemon pepper on the fries and it was amazing. When I was done I literally went back a couple hours later before leaving the state to grab more lol. The lady at the counter was so kind and had me laughing so hard for coming back. I will definitely return when back in town.

First time eating at this location and I will be back! They got a new loyal customer because when I say my food was so goooood. I got chicken wings and shrimp and everything tasted clean. It was prepared how I asked and the gentlemen who took my order was attentive and pleasant. I love places that I feel like care how they are serving me. We give people our money and they give us practically dirt to eat, but NOT HERE. I felt and tasted the care in the food. Thank you Sharks. I’ll be back!
