Made online order, got there 15 minutes after ordering it. Food not ready, said they need to make the mushroom chicken still. Watched them use one wok, cooked 4 other types of food with it before making mine finally. No one else was waiting for food, only me. Took almost 30 minutes from time of order before I got my food. Lady was playing with noodles, counted 23 times of scooping, then dropping before putting them on a plate for someone else’s order. Putting fresh cooked food in dirty empty containers from the serving line. Watched an employee put one glove on, handle raw chicken with it. Then take the glove off and take the empty contaminated stuff in the back touching the parts that had raw chicken on it and return to the grill with ni gloves on. No manager in sight that I could tell. Employees yelling back and forth at each other. Not professional, not friendly, not fast. Terrible.

Edit: As of Feb 2, 2026 same exact experience. Been waiting for 20 minutes, they just said it will be another 12 minutes because they haven’t started cooking it. Meanwhile 30 people have gotten their food.

I love the food, but don’t use the drive through. I was stuck for 15 minutes and there were only 3 cars ahead of me. It was the second time it’s happened. Do yourself a favor and just go inside to order.

I order here alot through the Panda Express app and pickup in drive-through. Employees are super nice, and the food is always fresh and accurate. I have also been in the store a few times and it is always clean. The parking lot and building are both in great shape.

Been a while since I been here but I decided to stop by and grab a bowl. I got the String Bean Chicken with fried rice and it was so good. There was a bit of a wait but that was fine by me because the rice came out piping hot and the string bean chicken had just been put out too.

The rice was cooked all the way through and the beans in the string bean chicken were cooked perfectly. The cook working today was on point!
Employees were friendly and worked well getting orders out to people in a timely manner. I will definitely be back.

This location on Classen needs better management. There was a line of people waiting in the drive-through for at least 10 minutes. When I made it to the window, there was no explanation no apology. I was just handed my food and drink that had already been sitting out for who knows how long. .

No matter what time of day you show up you’re going to be waiting 15 minutes for your food to be made and probably 30 minutes in line. No matter how polite the workers are it isnt worth the wait. Restaurants are faster.

If I could give no stars, I would. I asked for triple sesame chicken. I was told there wasn’t enough for a triple but only a double. I asked if more could be cooked, she said yes and I said ok I’d like the triple. When I got to the window, I was given a double and when I tell you the meat was inedible, that’s an understatement. I waited at the window and told the lady I ordered a triple but was given a double. She then stated “I told you I only had enough for a double” I then reiterate that I said I would wait for more to be cooked. She then stated “oh, I didn’t hear you”. I then informed her that I personally would have thrown this meat in the trash because it’s inedible. She then asked me to pull around. I waited for new food. While I waited, I tried the chicken…it was basically burnt from sitting in the warmer for so long and very tough, almost like eating jerky. When the lady came back out to the car with the new food, she had an attitude. She also asked for the other box of food back…in my opinion, that is a really gross practice that needs to be stopped. You don’t know if that person is sick and then you take it back into the restaurant, it’s gross. I also told her to look at that food and maybe try it next time because I wouldn’t have fed that to my dog let alone a customer. I then asked for 3 packets of soy sauce because they never asked if I would like any condiments. She rolled her eyes and stomped back into the restaurant. This food was for my husband, he said the fried rice was so underdone it was still crunchy. This establishment needs to do better. You work for the customers, we don’t work for you. Also, serve food that you yourself would eat. I get that we are in an inflation but if the food has been sitting in the warmer so long that it’s inedible, throw it out and make new!

Went in to buy a homeless person food, asked them if they could help me a little bit to get his food. They acted like they were more concerned about a homeless person being outside of there business wether than helping him. Horrible service and behavior for a big franchise

Went through the drive-thru they said it would take about five extra minutes for fried rice I pull up to the side and I saw at least 10 cars go through the drive-thru and some multiple people coming in and out through the inside after 15 minutes I walk in and they said oh we had to cook more teriyaki chicken

This Panda Express is very well run and has a professional staff. There may be a line when you pull up at the drive thru, but it goes very fast. The staff quickly take my order and in no time Im getting my hot food and on my way. My food is always hot and fresh. They use high quality ingredients. Panda Express is pricey, but I never have heartburn after eating their food. This tells me they use high quality ingredients. I love this location.
