If I could give 0 stars, I would. I’ve even tried calling the store to address the issue, but no one cares to answer the phone any time of day.
Firstly , there were no straws or spoons in the bag for our drinks and our franken sundaes, The lids on our drinks were not secured onto the cups and ended up spilling out into the bag, And into the seat of our brand new vehicle. Also, I requested that the order be ready to pick up in the drive through at 10:35 pm, but my spouse arrived at 10:32 and they were completely unaware of the fact that they had an online order. There was only toppings on one of the sundaes, one burger was supposed to be no onion or pickle, yet it was there, no zesty sauce, my spouse was supposed to get sweet tea but got Dr pepper and ALL of the food was cold. This is not the first issue with them. Whether you’re going for yourself or door dashing, every employee looks like a deer caught in the headlights. They have no idea what they’re doing, nor do they care. No customer, no paycheck!!! I want my money refunded to me, and you need to fire and rehire every position in that location!!! Pathetic.

We were at a local baseball tournament the weekend of the 28th (order number 72 at 2:34pm on 9/28) and decided to stop at BK to get food for our trip home. We walked in and it was a typical 3pm crowd (not busy at all). We were greeted and said someone would be with us shortly. Appx 10 mins later, we had our order taken. We observed employees more focused on talking on the phone instead of preparing orders. I don’t know the context of the phone call but apparently the staff was short handed due to people calling out. appx 20 mins later, I ask about my food and it hasn’t been prepared yet. I informed the employee that the whopper i ordered came with no tomato but it wasn’t rung up properly so they had to remake it. I hear them fussing about me only telling them “just now” and that’s when I voiced up and said no mam I told you when I ordered we wanted no tomato. We finally get our food after 45 mins and head up the road. My food was cold, stale, and the WHOPPER STILL HAD TOMATO ON IT AFTER THEY REMADE IT!!!
Short handed or not, attention to detail is important. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS RESTAURANT AND WILL TELL EVERYONE ELSE TO NOT GO BACK. SHAME ON YOU BURGER KING!!

This location is garbage…. No cup holders for my family of six for drinks, no zesty sauce, no classic chicken sandwich buns… only two people working in the whole store at the time and it’s 10:45am… the guy on line making the food doesn’t even have a headset on to hear orders ahead of time, and was rude… dropped my food in the fryer late because he didn’t see the rest of my order… get home and my whopper doesn’t look up to standard at all…I mean come on…. Quit hiring bottom of the barrel people to run a store

As ALWAYS , The Whopper is King , the burgers were Fresh Up and Delicious ! The Fries were Cooked Perfectly to a Golden Brown Perfection. The Service was very friendly and the Restaurant was Absolutely Clean. What Else Could a Customer ask . They call it BURGER KING for a reason. Thanks for All the Hard Work ! And Thanks Again !

This locations is the worst within 1hr drive by far. (Maybe go talk to the person running the one in wareshoals it runs so smooth food always hot nice employees if i lived closer you would never ever ever see me 10ft near this location) Whoever runs this location have you ever gone to your own restaurant? All the problems are the staff I’ve been to this location plenty of times and its always the same problem the employees here are extremely lazy and rude. They will not acknowledge you when you walk in or stand right in front of them for 20min and then when they finally do help you they have bad attitude make faces at you like a little kid throwing a tantrum and all together extremely unprofessional from what appears to be the person running the kitchen! Witch i presume all the problems come from the terrible management. Will not be returning to this location anymore don’t feel like waiting 30min for cold. Ill take the drive into downtown greenwood for way better service and warm food.

Friendliest service I’ve encountered using a drive-thru in quite a while. It’s why I rarely use them. But this Burger King had an extremely kind and caring lady working the window. I couldn’t give the food 5 stars because they couldn’t give me the Dr Pepper I requested.

Obviously they dont require there employees to be able to read i ordered from them today and they forget both orders of fries with this order so I reorder the fries and guess what they still messed that up. These owners need to do better about who they put in these stores working cause Obviously they can’t hire competent employees

Fries were hot and fresh (love that as it was 8pm…so they dropped a fresh basket) and our burgers had fresh crisp lettuce and pretty tomatoes. This was the best fast food meal we’ve had from them in a long time. Management was on hand to assist the cashier with my order and just really, we had bout written BK off but the boy wanted to try one more time after a scout meeting and…voilà! It was a wonderful experience! Bk was reinstated, for us, on March 3, 2026!

I love this Burger King. The food is typically hot and fresh and the staff is amazing. The drive thru backs up a bit, but it’s worth it because it’s almost like cooked to order.
