Will not order here again, my food was cold when I got it home and I live less than 5 mins from this location. As someone who was in the food service industry for over 5 years, manager at a very fast paced location near downtown Nashville, this is despicable and I would’ve never let food leave my restaurant that I myself wouldn’t eat. I came the the drive through and ordered two double cheeseburgers and when I got to the window the lady who took my order had music on that wasn’t appropriate for work! I proceeded to wait for 10 minutes on my food, while I was waiting she stood there on her phone. when I got my food it was cold and I beeped and she came back to the window and she was rude I asked her if she could remake it and she told me no and slammed the window and still stood there on her phone. I asked for her name and she said Terrianne. I left because I was already late taking my son to his appointment but I will not be back.
I thought I could give BK another chance but I can’t it’s the same thing everytime I go. it’s the store itself, management, and employee’s. Enough is enough and I’m to my limit I will be calling HR myself because this is unacceptable. 10/12/25

Had a craving for a whopper with cheese. Burger was excellent. Fries were soggy. Coke Zero came out clear meaning it was only soda water. Pulled up to the cashier and he looked at me and snickered. Weird. Not sure why things were the way they were as there was no line. Oh well. See you in a year.

Waited forever for hard and cold fries also got blessed with dry chewy chicken fries. They used a lot of salt on the fries I assume to try to hide the nasty flavor of old fries. I Threw away 3 medium fries and a medium chicken fry but I did enjoy my burger after reheating it at home.

The dining area was clean and well-maintained. The staff at the counter were friendly and got my order right the first time, which I always appreciate. Tried the new brisket whopper meal. The food came out hot and fresh. It didn’t feel rushed or overly noisy, so it was a good spot for a quick meal without the chaos that sometimes comes with fast food restaurants.

The photo i posted is what I received from a DoorDash delivery from Burger King today(the rest of the order was fine). Its supposed to be mozzarella sticks. Whoever bagged my order and sent that out should be fired and ashamed of themselves. Ive gotten cold nasty food countless times, but THIS tops the list. Wow.

Cheesy tots were cold.
I checked and ate burger #1.
Then I checked burger #2, and it had a long strand of hair on it.
I took it, back and was refunded.
