I ordered from its just wings last night. My order was missing items and cold. I waited in the takeout spot after already receiving the text that my food was ready for 10 minutes before going in to get my food. When I entered no employees addressed me but several had passed me. It would have been nice to have someone say “I’ll be with you soon”. I had ordered a meal with a drink and cookie. The cookie was missing and my food was ice cold. I definitely understand being busy but this was a very disappointing experience and sad because I love it’s just wings. After this experience I probably won’t be returning.

Wings were a little on the small side but tasted great! Drink was also smaller than expected but they loaded me up with TONS of curly fries! Overall, it met my expectations for the price. Yes, it is a ghost kitchen at Chili’s but that doesn’t bother me at all.

I’ve ordered this on door dash many times. Tonight I ordered it through Uber eats and I was missing literally MORE THAN HALF OF MY ORDER. they had a promo for bogo on boneless wings. I ordered 16smoked bone in wings, 2 orders of 11 boneless and a specialty fry.
I received the 16wings and nothing else. They were soggy and cold. This was the WORST experience I have ever had.

Most bland chewy wing ever please don’t waste your money, got Asian zing which is sweet chili sauce from Walmart and plain which is exactly that.

We order wings from here a couple times a month. Great price and they come with curly fries and ranch! The sauce distribution can be a little uneven, but usually it’s great. Order an extra sauce on the side if you’re worried about that. Our favs are: honey sriracha, Buffalo, and teriyaki pineapple. It’s Just Wings is a virtual restaurant by Chili’s so you pick it up from there, so be aware of that.

This is another one of those places that the place inside of a place. This is Chili’s. It’s like the Burger Den at Denny’s It’s Just Wings is like a subsidiary or something of Chili’s. You actually have to go inside and Order inside Chili’s and pick it up inside Chili’s. The best way to do so is through the delivery side door on the west side of the building.
